TITLE JUSTIFICATION
Since the beginning of the notion of digital markets many years ago, the automobile sector,
specifically electric vehicles (EVs), has maintained a presence there. However as of recently, the
digital marketing industry has made certain gains in terms of growth; specifically, it has become
more extensive, innovative, and appealing to businesses operating in other sectors. Before
purchasing any electric vehicle (EV) goods or service, it was important to gain an understanding
of the customer attitude of purchase, which is why this topic was selected. The tactics of digital
marketing help the automotive sector increase sales by placing adverts on social media, giving
virtual showrooms to users to give them a live experience so that they are attracted to the brand,
and creating an image in the minds of potential customers. These ideas inspired the brands, helped
them to increase their profits, and assisted them in earning millions of dollars in a shorter amount
of time. In addition, businesses are focusing on providing the highest quality individualized
experiences for their customers in order to encourage them to participate in the industry with the
assistance of digital platforms. Because of this, the businesses were able to win the loyalty of their
customers by delivering the highest possible quality of service. Also, auto firms have been given
the opportunity to increase client awareness through digital platforms. These platforms have also
provided the companies with a method to study and understand consumer wants, which helps the
companies meet the needs of their customers.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

In this research paper, the purpose is to understand the factors that affect the use of digital platforms
among millennials and working professionals so that a strategic framework can be implemented
to improve their usage with the help of mobile device manufacturers and regulatory body.
Specifically, the research paper will focus on understanding the factors that affect the use of digital
platforms among millennials and working professionals. The primary purpose of this study is to
gain an understanding of the elements that influence the purchasing behavior of customers in
regard to EVs. One of the sub-goals is to gain an awareness of working professionals and gauge
their interest in participating in the automobile industry through the utilization of a new platform.
Also, having a grasp of the degree to which working professionals believe that the utilization of
digital platform services would improve task performance.
