➢ Process Control ; Implementing process control


measures to ensure better quality and improved
productivity.
IPQA ;
❖ To processing in product for per as specifications
and proper check in SOP guidelines .
❖ Getting validations of process & calibration of
equipment’s & devices.
➢ Monitoring the product change over of flavours –
proper sanitation and hygiene of the production area.
➢ Check and ensure overall equipment or machineries
food safety activities.
➢ To provide the training of workers in food safety
awareness and personal hygiene activity.
➢ To prevent the defect of product in each batch to focus on
end-to-end processing and rectify the problem and
control & Improve the quality.
➢ To maintain the proper documentation and process
manual & records to submit.
RM & PM ;
➢ To check the quality of incoming raw material and
packing material & finished good product as per
specifications for SOP guidelines.
➢ Shelf life of the products & Customer complaints.
➢ To keep proper documentation and necessary records
for QA and RM,PM daily basis.
➢ Random quality checking of finished products
(appearance, flavour & texture) and leckage or weight .
➢ Preparation for the audits, in terms of processes &
documentations.
