    DIGICARS AUTO FINANCING CORP. will target not only the clients of its sister company DIGICARS AUTO
    TRADING INC., but will also cater to small and medium business enterprise who needs financing
    assistance related to their respective businesses.

    Marketing Strategies
    DIGICARS AUTO FINANCING CORP. will offer motorcycle loans and car loans, that are available for all
    qualified clients endorsed by DIGICARS AUTO TRADING INC, as well as from online applicants. DIGICARS
    AUTO FINANCING CORP will maintain a neutral pricing strategy because the products being offered can
    be considered in the Philippines as a usual commodity. The “price” component is the interest rate
    charged to clients, and we follow strict lending rules in the Philippines. The best pricing strategy on price
    is not to compete but to go with the flow of other financing institutions.
    These loan products will be available in the main office of DIGICARS AUTO FINANCING CORP, located
    inside DIGICARS AUTO TRADING INC for easy access of the clients.

    Promotion
    DIGICARS AUTO FINANCING CORP. will have Business Development Officers who are responsible for
    meeting with clients, and communicate with them all the information regarding the financial products.
    Client Assistance Officers are available to answer queries online and over the phone, who needs
    information and clarifications regarding the financial products offered by DIGICARS AUTO FINANCING
    CORP.

    Aside from these personal approach, DIGICARS AUTO FINANCING


    CORP. will also engage in online advertising on different social media platforms.

    Distribution
    The loan products of DIGICARS AUTO FINANCING CORP are available for clients not only on the physical
    offices but also online thru the internet.

    Internal Control
    1. Time updating of all available data as well as updating management policies and practices
    related to financial management.
    2. Analyzing all operational scenarios. Before imposing financial controls permanently, thorough
    evaluation all possible operational scenarios is a must. Viewing the policies from the
    perspectives of different operational scenarios – such as profitability, expenditures, safety, and
    scale of production or volume – can provide the necessary information. Also, it helps establish
    an effective financial control policy that covers all operational aspects of the organization.
    3. Detecting overlaps and anomalies is very important to detect any
    overlaps and/or anomalies arising out of the data available. It helps
    in detecting any existing loopholes in the current management
    framework and eliminating them.
    4. Cash inflows controls that includes stringent credit reporting policy
    for all customers before entering into a creditor-debtor relationship
    with them. Periodic reconciliation of bank statements to the general
    ledger in addition to annual reporting for more efficient financial
    control. Establishing a periodic review policy with all existing
    customers that the business establishes a creditor-
    debtor relationship with. It ensures the ongoing creditworthiness of
    customers and eliminates the probability of bad debts. Support files
    and backups for all financial data in a separate secured database
    with access only permitted to senior management staff.
