Introducing “Taste-fy Co.” that gives happiness in your thirsty

mouth and hungry tummy. It is from the word tasty and satisfy, the

company value your health at the same time your satisfaction of eating

desserts. Food Industry should be something to be look forward with

investors and customers, a twist with a taste food dessert what are you

still waiting for. To satisfy your cravings and grant you the taste

everyone loves. People are living in a century where people loves to eat

a lot at the same time conscious of what kind of food they’ll take,

especially to those people who are in a diet.The company will make sure

to make the customers feel comfortable in the area, The location will be

a good ambiance such as choosing warm colors like good for the eyes

that’s help to invigorate one’s appetite and put people in a better mood

to chill and make every customer happy,enthusiast and in peace of mind

through playing chills and mood music that can help boost and set the

mood for the customers. The company will always put the safety and

health of the customers we will provided a clean area and practices

“CLAYGO” or Clean as you go policy to maintain the neatness of the area.

The company would like to provide an aesthetic place where customers


can take a good pictures especially nowadays we are all into media.The

company wants to address problem of people being frustrated when

they know they need to eat to get well but they aren't hungry, or when

they gain weight because they are fatigued and unable to exercise.

Desserts enlighten more our mood after having a stressful days or even

on a normal days. People always crave for something that is sweet and

tasty.

This business is owned by two entrepreneurs which is Mr. Noel


Dominic S. Dañe and Ms. Jasmin Juntilla. In this partnership, the owners
will have separate legal entity, owners are obligated to full of extent of
its assets however the liability of partners is restricted.

Taste-fy Co is located at Tamiya Terminal, Lapu-Lapu City. It is a


busy spot location since it is a terminal surely there are a lot of people
that is going there like employees and there is also a near Malls and
establishment that make it accessible place and to reach potential
customers.

are not sure that the food they offer is good for our health and we also

budget that we all can relate to but we know that these food businesses
are already well known to the public for it already had a long period in
the market, even if we are new entrants, we can still compete with them

Public Market in Opon is a popular place and there are a lot of PEOPLE
THERE. this is the best spot to serve tourists and non-tourist. Our store is
widely open for visitors and since Tamiya terminal is our business
locations so its rapid growth of sales. where it also affects the total
number of buyers of our product. Due to the rapid growth of consumers
the company is planning to increase production by 40 units every 2years.
The company is planning to have Php 2,737,500 sales of Taste-fy Co. in
the starting year.

Consumers tend normally shop at convenience stores and spend their


time there. Some consumers are on the “Gelatissimo” sharing 35%. The
other consumers are on “Brownies” with 25% and “Dunkin Donuts” with
10% since it's more on party cakes. The remaining 30% consumes or

desserts that contains large amounts of sugar and fat adversely affects
the health, Therefore, Taste-fy Co. Came-up with an added alternative
ingredients to make Revel Bar a super dessert. People have different

for some that’s why the company come-up with a variant flavors of
Revel Bars to provide and satisfy the cravings of the customers. The
company have offer 2 flavors namely Fudgy -Turmeric Revel Bar and
Matcha Revel Bar, These 2 flavors were intentionally chosen since the

trouble-free. The employees are well-trained and skilled from preparing
the products to maintaining the cleanliness of the area while taking
orders from the customers and Accommodate the customers.
PERSONNEL REQUIREMENT
Taste-Fy Co. is a well-acknowledge shop for it starting business.
For its main branch, the production and selling are done by the
Company’s Hands-on owners along with its several employees hired.
Taste-fy Co. welcome gender diversity and any kind of person with
disabilities as long as they have an ability to perform their duties and
capable to do great work. Employees must not have no bad record
especially related to currency violations. The company also want to hired
working students to develop and enhance their skills by giving valuable
job experience and to be qualified, at least they have High School
Diploma. To adult who are applying for cashier and production worker is
required to have at least 1 to 2 years experience. The company do not
set a high standard and expectation instead helping employees to have
performance development, character progress and to reach both
personal and company goals that leads to massive success.
ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN

FORM OF THE BUSINESS ORGANIZATION

This company is a form of partnership that is not managed by only

one person but two. Partnership have more capital, low start-up costs,

with legal agreement that set up how choices will be made, how benefits

will be shared and each member have a long-term commitment. The

group agreement spells out that the two owners of the company will be

the leader and the right hand to advance their mutual interest and

strengthen the weak aspects of the business. Partnership is an excellent

way to have a complementary skill and sharing experience to create a

powerful business entity. The nature of the company defines the

distribution of tax arrangements as a partnership with some limited

liability.

LIABILITY OF THE OWNER

The group agreed that two owners investing evenly in the

business will also pay the expenses equally. If the partner will fail to pay

the financial obligations of the business when there is a disagreement

arise among the parties, the creditors can go only to up to the extent of

the owner’s contribution of business but not to the personal property of

the business owner

The two owners will take the biggest role in the company of

making major decision, set overall goals, managing daily operations,

handling various attitudes of the individuals, who hired people that are

capable for that particular position and develop business strategies or

improve entrepreneurial skills. The best asset of the company is the right

people, its their power to build qualified employees who will help the

business to run smoothly and spread responsibilities evenly is a key

element to establishing an effective and successful business.

The role of a business manager is to supervise and lead a

company's operations and employees. They perform a range of tasks to

ensure company productivity and efficiency including implementing

business strategies, evaluating company performances, and supervising

employees.

The role of the cashier is to be an active listener and anticipate

customer’s needs. Should be polite to all customers and perform duties

such as scanning items, collecting payments and solving customer’s

inquiries. Also, the qualifications for cashier are trustworthy, no bad

records, have at least 1 to 2 years working experience, have an ability to


handle transactions accurately and responsibly. Most of all, the must

have a strong customer service skill.

The role of production worker is to produce and assemble

products with good quality and ensure production standards are

achieved. Also, the qualifications for this position involve assembling and

checking products, ensuring all machinery runs smoothly and packing

the items for shipments. Must have 1 to 2 years working experience, no

bad records and most of all, should have a strong a strong production

PRODUCTION PROCESS
The production process of the manufacturer, in its simplest form may

Ingredients:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 ×

2. In a large bowl, beat together 1 cup butter and brown sugar until

fluffy. Mix in eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla. In another bowl, combine

oats, flour, baking soda, and 1 teaspoon salt; stir into butter mixture. Set

aside.

3. In a medium saucepan, heat sweetened condensed milk, chocolate

chips, 2 tablespoons butter, and ½ teaspoon salt over low heat, stirring

until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in walnuts and 2 teaspoons vanilla.

4. Pat 2/3 of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Spread chocolate mixture evenly over the top, and dot with remaining

oat mixture.

5. Bake for 30-35 minutes in preheated oven. Let cool on a wire rack,

then cut into bars.
