was explained by Sir Archie Alarcon, (b) Teaching and Learning, (c) Including the Most
Marginalized (d) Well Being and Protection were discussed by Ma’am Irene.
Cutting across all the pillars are the policy and finance support to ensure
operational mechanisms are in place. Promoting handwashing activities and
maintaining a safe environment GPTA President Concepcion Santos suggested to
provide portable lavatory and Segregated trash bin in every classroom include office
and ICT room.
The framework effectively engaged the entire school in making sure that the
learners are safe and healthy while attending to face to face classes.
The meeting was then ended ensuring that all the maters that have been
tackled and agreed were fully understood.

Sto. Domingo Elementary School showcased its readiness to welcome back its
learners on March 28, 2022 as it set to participate in the, Implementation of face-to-
face classes.
During the visit of SGOD team headed by Chief Implementation Curriculum,
Ma’am Mila Penaflor, teachers showed their classrooms, hand washing facilities, and
other health and safety protocols for the incoming face-to-face classes.
With proper coordination and participation of SDES teaching staff and
stakeholders, SDES is hereby qualified for the opening of face-to-face class.

1. This is in connection with the DepEd- DOH Joint Memorandum Circular No.01 s,
2021 released on September 27, 2021 which aims to guide the safe
implementation of the limited face-to-face classes and to improve learning and
outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic and Regional Memo no.180 s, 2022. It
aims to implement the teaching and learning component effectively on the
limited face to face classes by addressing concerns on classroom structuring and
management, class schedule, teachers load, learning gaps, assessment of learning
