I. MAJOR GAMES (TEAM GAMES)


1. Basketball (Grades 4-6 and 7-12)

● Register here.
● High School & SHS: 5 teams with 10 participants max
● Elementary: 5 teams with 10 participants max
Once the limit has been reached, the registration form will no longer accept
responses.
● You must register as an individual player and the committee will be in charge of creating
the teams.
● You must indicate your active Email address and Messenger account.
● The committee will send the confirmation to your email once they validate your
registration.
● Each team will have a team captain and the Committee will create a group chat with them
on Messenger for easier communication.
2. Volleyball (Grades 4-6 and 7-12)

● Register here.
● High School & SHS: minimum of 5 teams with 8 participants max
● Elementary: maximum of 3 teams with 8 participants max
● You must register as an individual player and the committee will create your team.
● The committee will choose one captain per team.
● You must indicate your active email address and messenger account.
● The committee head will create a group chat together with the team captains to have
easier communication about the games.
● The committee will send the confirmation to your email once they validate your
registration.

3. Badminton (Grades 4-6 and 7-12)

● Register here.
● For those who are interested in joining the doubles tournament, only one player out of the
two needs to fill out the form.
● You can not join both the singles and doubles tournaments. You should only pick one.
● You must indicate your active email address.
● The committee will send the confirmation to your email once they validate your
registration.
4. Table Tennis (Grades 4-6 and 7-12)

● Register here.
● Table tennis is a team game that can be played either by singles or doubles. The rules
may vary depending on the game played.
● You must indicate your active email address.
● The committee will send the confirmation to your email once they validate your
registration.

II. MINOR GAMES (ONLINE)


1. Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (Grades 4-6 and 7-12)

● Register here.
● You can form a 5 or 6-man team of different levels or by batch.
● You can register as an individual player and the committee will create your group. (If the
individual players will not meet the team composition, it will automatically dissolve.)
● The committee will get a maximum of 8 teams (4 from Elementary, 4 from HS).
Once they have attained the limit, the registration form will no longer accept
responses.
● The committee will update the number of teams daily.
● You must indicate your active email address.
● The committee will send the confirmation to your email once they validate your
registration.

2. Valorant (Grade 7-12 only)

● Register here.
● You can form a 5 or 6-man team of different levels or by batch.
● You can register as an individual player and the committee will create your group. (If the
individual players will not meet the team composition, it will automatically dissolve.)
● The committee will get a maximum of 8 teams (4 from Elementary, 4 from HS).

3. KartRider (Grades 4-6 only)

● Register here.
● This is an individual game.
● The committee will get a maximum of 24 players.
Once they have attained the limit, the registration form will no longer accept
responses.
● The committee will update the number of players daily.
● You must indicate your active email address.
● The committee will send the confirmation to your email once they validate your
registration.

III. MINOR GAMES (BOARD)


1. Chess (Grades 4-6 and 7-12)

● Register here.
● This individual game will test your logical, mental, and strategic skills. It will be a
player versus player (1V1) type of game, whoever wins will move on to their next match.
● We invite students of all grade levels to compete and show how they can manipulate their
way up in capturing each kingdom. We will get up to 32 ONSITE (FLEX) players (16
PER ELEM AND HS DIVISION) and 8 ONLINE (FOR BOTH ELEM AND HS
DIVISION - ODL) players. Once the limit is attained, the form will no longer accept
responses.
● The committee will update the number of players daily.
● You must indicate your active email address.
● The committee will send the confirmation to your email once they validate your
registration.
● Officials will provide a schedule sheet onsite to inform the FLEX players of their
respective matches.
● Officials will create a group chat and reach out to players on messenger for easier
communication.

2. Scrabble (Grades 4-6 and 7-12)


● Register here.
● This individual game will test your vocabulary and enhance your fast-thinking skills.
● FOR ODL: 2 students per grade level will be allowed to register for the game.
● FOR FLEX: 2-4 students per grade level will be allowed to register for the game.
● The committee will update the number of players daily.
● You must indicate your active email address.
● The committee will send the confirmation to your email once they validate your
registration.
● Registered players will be added to a group chat for easier communication with the
committee.
III. CHEERDANCE COMPETITION

(GRADES 3-6)
● Register here
● There should be a minimum of 15 participants per grade level and a maximum of 30.
● ONE (1) Representative per grade level will fill up the registration form indicating active
email address and Messenger account.
● The committee will send the confirmation to your email once they validate your
registration as well as a copy of the rules and guidelines.
● Failure to comply with the rules will automatically lead to disqualification.
● For further inquiries, please contact the CDC Committee Head (found in the registration
form).

(GRADES 7-12)
● Register here
● There should be a minimum of 12 participants per grade level and a maximum of 30.
● ONE (1) Representative per grade level will fill up the registration form indicating active
email address and Messenger account.
● The committee will send the confirmation to your email once they validate your
registration as well as a copy of the rules and guidelines.
● Failure to comply with the rules will automatically lead to disqualification.
