Tarlac covering an area of Ninety One and 5/100 (91.5) hectares is fully COMPLETED and
is ready for actual use.
This is to certify further that Abagatan Capataan Farmers Irrigators

Association Inc. represented by its President Mr. Julius C. Fernandez accepts the
Irrigation System as of June 9, 2020 as complete and ready for actual use.
Abagatan Capataan Farmers Irrigators Association Inc. likewise accepts the

cost of the irrigation system not exceeding NINE MILLION SIX HUNDRED NINETY
THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY PESOS AND 18/100 (P 9,690,270.18).
