technically cleared order on us subject to `Force Majeure’
conditions which are beyond our control.

10. Validity: Valid for 15 Days

11. Warranty: The supplied system will be under 12-months warranty from
the date of Installation & Commissioning. Or 13 Months from
date of delivery of machine.

12. Training: Training for programming of test profiles, execution, cautions

while operating, sequential steps to commence operations
will be provided to your operating staff at the time of
Installation & Commissioning by our engineers.

13. Pre-dispatch Inspection: At our premises by your authorized representative if Required.

14. Installation & Commissioning FOC

Unloading facility of the machine at the installation site after

delivery. Placement of the machine at the place of
installation.

Separate Power & Earthing connections. Civil work, required

for installation & commissioning

15. After Sales Services: After sales services will be provided by our factory trained
engineers free-of-charge during the warranty period. After
expiry of Warranty Period, machine will be maintained
under offered Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).

16. Payment Terms 50 % (Fifty Percent) advance along with Work Order, Balance
50% (Fifty Percent) after Readiness of Machine against Performa
Invoice Prior to Dispatch.
