Type 5175 / 200 / 205 / 220 / 225 only.
Note, that on the cover of the CR 30-X 2nd also a different name
can be printed. In this case use the type label in the rear of the
digitizer to confirm that the proper spare part is used.

delivery has a cassette opener light sensor
light sensor mounted.
For CR 30-X 2nd: The cassette
opener light sensor is supported as
of software CIR_1203 only.
For CR 30-Xm: The cassette
opener light sensor is supported as
of software CIRM1102 (first
released software version).

(1) On the NX workstation log-off the current user and log-in as "crservice".
(2) Open the browser.
(3) Enter the digitizer IP address in the address window.

NOTE:
If the digitizer IP address is not known, look it up in the NX configuration tool:
Double-click the icon <Start NX Configurator> on the desktop.
Select: Load active configuration
Go to: Devices > Digitizer Configuration
This page shows the digitizer IP address.
Quit the NX Configurator (Close without saving any changes).
(4) Enter username and password (obtained during the classroom training).
(5) Check the displayed software version: If a higher digitizer software is available,
install this software.
Follow the instructions which are enclosed to the software ZIP file.

IMPORTANT:
After switch on it is possible that error 4230 pops up, indicating a software mismatch
between the installed software and the software which was installed on the Handling
Control Board in production.
To solve this error, install the latest digitizer software:
CIRMXXXX for CR 30-Xm
CIR_XXXX for CR 30-X 2nd.
The software including installation instructions is available on the Agfa HealthCare
Library.
(1) On the NX workstation log-off the current user and log-in as "crservice".
(2) Open the browser.
(3) Enter the digitizer IP address in the address window.
NOTE:
If the digitizer IP address is not known, look it up in the NX configuration tool:
Double-click the icon <Start NX Configurator> on the desktop.
Select: Load active configuration
Go to: Devices > Digitizer Configuration
This page shows the digitizer IP address.
Quit the NX Configurator (Close without saving any changes).

(6) Select: All Motors CR 30-X Service
(7) Wait until the stall calibration Stall Calibration

(18) Put the USB flash drive back in its cover and mount the screw.
(19) Mount the top cover.
(20) Close the cassette unit.

(1) Open and close the cassette unit: It must run smoothly.
(2) Check the distance of the front cover to the side covers: The distance must be
equal at both sides.
(3) Pull slightly at the closed cassette unit: It must stay closed.
(4) Login to the NX workstation with user "crservice".
(5) Scan an unexposed cassette.
(6) Reject the image.
(7) Logout user "crservice".
