L2 Production Support (Jan 2019 – Present):

● Working as a L2 Production Support Engineer in Trade finance at BNP Paribas.
● Responsible for handling technical/functional operations and support for Trade finance activities to
customers from 7 Countries(Africa, Europe, Brussels, France, Canada, Middle East and Gulf ).

BNP Paribas – EMEA (Jan 2019 – Present):

● Understand trade finance activities and perform Application Production support in IVISION and
Filenet applications for BNPP.

and fixing it.
● Worked with Oracle 12 C to perform SQL operations and with Websphere Application Server 8.5.
