Activities
Select any of the research topics proposed below and collect 10 research paper/articles
related to the same topic from EMERALD (EKLAS) and Google scholar. Then, perform
the following:
First, summarize the 10 QUANTITAIVE research articles published in online journals (by
every individual) and provide the summary of each article in the Table below:

* Authors: Use only the first name of each author and the (year). E.g. Ibrahim (2016), or Hanifa & Salim (2017). In case
of more than 2 authors, you just need to put the name of the first author followed by “et al.”. E.g. Imran et al. (2018).
Second, using the existing literature (these articles as well as other articles), you are
suggested to write a systematic literature review and develop a research framework
followed by hypotheses based on relationship between IVs and DV in the framework.
Your hypotheses MUST be supported by the existing literature (Previous Studies).
Below are some proposed variables that you can use in your framework (You can
use other HR RELATED variables and generate ideas from the article review):
