INTRODUCTION

IQV is an Austrian Fintech/Insurtech company, which aims to enable/simplify the use of digital
assets, such as cryptocurrencies and NFT’s, within the traditional banking solutions, via fictive
pooling concept. IQV’s Blockchain powered social platform and PowerWallet app will not only
create a link between crypto and fiat assets for EU customers, but also facilitate and accelerate
financial inclusion within Middle East and the African continent. Through integrating of
messaging and social media app flaim, IQV acquired over 1 million customers in Africa, which
opened up the possibility of integrating payment services directly into the #flaimapp, in order
to enable the rapid introduction of simplified mobile banking in the region.

IQV is the utility coin of the entire IQV ecosystem. As IQV coins are being used for rewards and
cashback within MobileCommunity, the continuous expansion of the user base and the use of a
wide range of products creates a natural demand for the coin. The IQV coin is an ERC-20 token
currently listed on Uniswap, 1inch Exchange and Chaintoro with the aim of becoming a cross-
chain asset and being listed on various DEXs and CEXs.

telecommunications and related software industry. Today he is leading the charge in

Gerald has 22 years of banking and entrepreneurial experience in leading innovation
within the banking, payment and related software industry. During the past 4 years Gerald
(as major has been instrumental in defining the innovative business model in digital-based
simplifications for banking, payments and insurance services, based on building a
