The goal of the project is to build the wedding hall is to establish a location for significant
wedding ceremonies. The hall will be specifically created to provide a comfortable setting for the
wedding ceremonies and to satisfy users. This follows a market analysis conducted by the
project's owner ( ). This is the first survey he has conducted since realizing there is a
growing need to offer the community a special location where wedding events can be held in
addition to incorporating religious beliefs into the design. The project's main objective is to
provide a wedding hall within the allotted time in order to provide ease for the social amenities
and events.
The construction of a banquet is a fruitful idea since these days most of traditional marriage halls
are being converted into banquets due to change in trends and clients preferences. Other than the
wedding ceremonies, it is as accessible as business meetings, seminars, or religious events.
However, it provides to hosts protection against weather conditions and eye-catching ambiance
with respect to event themes.
We are willing to construct the banquet with a capacity of 500 people that would facilitate
underground parking along with some outside parking space. Saturation of parking spaces is one
of the most common issues at ceremonial ceremonies or at any event that create inconvenience
for the incoming guests. Generally banquet halls have a congested outside parking space so, in
accordance with this problem our project enables a huge parking space in the basement area with
a proper parking layout and security concerns. However, we will house some restrooms as well
for the convenience of the guests. This will facilitate people to take some rest and also will ease
their waiting inconvenience.
The development of a project charter is the process in which they formally authorize and provide
the documents for the requirements that will be required in the project and also satisfy the needs
of the stakeholder.
