THE UNCONQUERABLE POWER

here are different kinds of power in the universe. Some

T powers are from the pit of hell and some are from men.
There is also the divine power. The supremacy of power
belongs to God. No power in the universe can conquer
the power of God. Divine power is the ultimate power.
Col.2:15: And having spoiled principalities and powers, he
made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is both a
revelation and demonstration of the unconquerable power
of God. In the wisdom of God, the orchestration of hell led to
the death of Jesus Christ. His death marked the peak of
satan' s momentary triumph. If the powers of darkness had
known the implication of His death, they would have
prevented it from taking place. On the third day after His
burial, God manifested His eternal power in raising Jesus
from the dead.

A DEEP MYSTERY
The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is a deep
mystery. It was an experience where God allowed all
principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world
and spiritual wickedness in high places to exercise dl their
powers against His son. To ensure that Jesus died a physical
death, satan exhausted his powers as a supernatural being.
Indeed, Jesus died as the powers of hell found expression in
the human instruments that betrayed, arrested and
crucified Him.
 The worst that can happen in a fight is for one party to
die. Men know very well that if an enemy could be killed, the
total end has come. Therefore, the highest degree of power
that can be exercised against an enemy is that which
confers death. What happens if a dead opponent shakes
vigorously and rises again? I am sure his fighter will not
have the courage to fight anymore. He will rather flee for his
dear life. This illustrates the wisdom and the power of God.
The enemy had unleashed its worst on Jesus by killing Him
but He had risen from the dead to the utter amazement of
all the powers of hell. Satan had used his highest powers.
He had done his worst. He had gathered the whole of hell
for only ore assignment. Nevertheless Jesus had risen from
the dead!

AN OLD TRADITION.
This is the mystery behind the reason why Satan will not
dare to stand the mention of the name of Jesus. At the
mention of that name, he remembers he once killed him,
but He is now alive forevermore. Satan does not delay to
flee, because He who died has come back to life. The devil
could not do more than he had done, if he were given
another opportunity. He had killed but Jesus had risen. This
is why Jesus is a terror to the powers of darkness. How
would you face a man you killed in a fight, who rose from
the dead after three days! You'll rather be on the run. The
resurrection of Jesus has since put Satan on a permanent
flight.
The original Greek word for spoil is to "strip naked". Jesus
stripped principalities and powers naked. This is a figurative
way fo saying he dispossessed them of their powers.
Stripping the enemies after a battle was a tradition found
many times in the old testament. After a serious battle, the
victorious army would go round for the spoils. They would
examine the casualities and take from them every important
item. The Philistines defeated the army of Saul and the king
of Israel lost his life in that battle. When they went for the
spoils of war, they found Saul dead and stripped him of his
garments.
1 Sam 31:6-9: So Saul died, and his three sons, and his
armour bearer, and all his men, that same day together. And
when the men of Israel that were on the other side of the
valley, and they that were on the other side Jordan, saw that
the men of lsrael fled, and that Saul and his sons were dead,
they forsook the cities, and fled; and the Philistines came
and dwelt in them. And it came to pass on the morrow,
when the Philistines came to strip the slain, that they found
Saul and his three sons fallen in mount Gilboa. And they cut
off his head, and stripped off his armour, and sent into the
land of the Philistines round about, to publish it in the house
of their idols, and among the people.
The Philistines also stripped all the slain. Before stripping
is done, one event is inevitable and that event is death.
Nobody strips a live soldier in battle. The Philistine soldiers
came to strip the slain. Saul, his three sons and others had
been slain. This was what necessitated their being stripped.

TOTAL VICTORY
The point I am making is that Jesus stripped naked
principalities and powers. Following the tradition of stripping
in battle as shown above, it means Jesus had already killed
the principalities and powers before he stripped them. I
used the word 'kill' to drive home this point. In the simple
sense of the word, Jesus overcame the principalities and
powers. He then went ahead to strip them, which means, He
took their powers, authorities, threat, etc from them.
This is a deep mystery. I pray earnestly that the Lord will
open your eyes of understanding to know the dominion and
victory of Christ over the powers of darkness. Demons have
been slain. Satan has been slain. The rulers of the darkness
of this world, the wicked spirits in high places, the
principalities and powers have all been slain, using the
literal language of spiritual discourse, they have all been
killed. They are "dead". Jesus has walked down to the valley
of their defeat and has removed their garments of identity,
power and authority.
A king is known in battle by his dressing. A great warrior is
known by his kind of armour, Goliath of Gath was holding a
sword too heavy for an average man to carry. Jesus has
taken off the identities wit which the powers of darkness are
known. He has dispossessed them of their powers. He is
Lord for-ever-more.

AN OPEN SHOW
In Colossians chapter two, the Bible says that He made a
show of principalities and powers openly after spoiling them.
The word "show" in the original Greek word means to
display or expose a thing. Look again at the battle on mount
Gilboa where Saul was slain. The Philistines stripped Saul
after he was slain. They stripped Saul and made a show of it
in the houses of their gods. They published their victory with
the evidence of what had been stripped from the enemies.
1 Sam 31:1: Now the Philistines fought against Israel: and
the men of Israel fled from before the Philistines, and fell
down slain in mount Gilboa.
1 Sam 31:8-10: And it came to pass on the morrow, when
the Philistines came to strip the slain, that they found Saul
and his three sons fallen in mount Gilboa.
And they cut off his head, and stripped off his armour, and
sent into the land of the Philistines round about, to publish it
in the house of their idols, and among the people. And they
put his armour in the house of Ashtaroth: and they fastened
his body to the wall of Beth-shan.
Jesus has stripped the powers of darkness, His victory
over them is published allover the world and in heaven.
Jesus has overcome and has won the victory. We must
rejoice in the eternal victory of Jesus because the spirit of
the Lord is celebrating that victory among men in various
gospel work. So arise and enforce the victory of Jesus. He
has won an everlasting victory. Jesus is Lord for-ever-more.
Amen.

A GREAT LESSON
A white missionary was working in Africa. One day, he was
about going somewhere, but his horse refused to move. He
dismounted from the horse to find out why it would not
move at all. Looking around, he found a large stone with a
very big snake behind it, right in front of the horse. He
immediately remembered what he had heard that if such a
big snake grips a man, escape is not possible. The
missionary became terribly afraid.
He mused within his heart briefly and considered going
back from that assignment to later explain to those
expecting to receive him that circumstances beyond his
control hindered him. While he thought on it, the Holy Spirit
ministered to him that it would amount to failing in his
assignment. He then considered scaring the wild beast
away. The man picked a stone and threw it at it, aiming at
its head, but he missed the target. The stone hit another
rock, yet the snake did not move. At this point, he decided
to look more closely. With a few, careful step he moved
forward and was surprised to see that the snake was
without a head. Somebody had killed it and had taken the
head off. For over an hour, he was hindered and made
scared by the sight of a snake he didn't know was already
dead.
Many Christians behave like this man. They are scared
and hindered by demonic threats and satanic activities.
Jesus has already taken off the head of the serpent
according to the scripture. He had bruised the head of the
old serpent on the cross of Calvary. The dangerous part of
any snake is the head because of the fangs. Jesus has
crushed what makes satan and all demons dangerous,
dreadful, scary and fearsome. If you are harassed by satan,
it is because you are ignorant of what Jesus has done. He
has stripped naked all principalities and powers. He has
publicly displayed His victory over the entire world of
darkness, and so He Jesus is Lord!
Gen 3:14-15: And the LORD God said unto the serpent,
Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all
cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly
shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and
between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and
thou shalt bruise his heel.
Change your mentality of satan and demons. Know what
Jesus has done on the cross and dare to face them. Dare to
announce the victory of the cross to them. Dare to resist the
devil and you will discover his cowardice.
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil,
and he will flee from you. (James 4:7)

EMPTY THREATS
Many of our problems result from fear. In John Bunyan's
Pilgrims Progress, the experience of the Pilgrim (Christian)
that got to heaven is instructive to what we are considering
here. Before making heaven, he had encountered all
manners of difficulties. On getting to the point where he
heard the street songs of heaven, he lifted his head and
caught sight of the beautiful gate. But between him and the
city was a very narrow bridge, on which a lion was
positioned. He was afraid on seeing the lion but there was
no alternative route to getting to his destination. He
remembered what he had suffered before arrived at that
point. He made up his mind that he was not going back.
 He therefore resolved to engage the lion. He concluded
that the worst of it could be his death. Dead or alive, he
considered himself an exclusive property of God. So he sped
towards the lion for a head on collision. As he hit on the
lion's huge, terrifying head, it tore into pieces because the
lion was on a cardboard. If he had not been daring, an
unreal fear, an unfounded terror and an empty threat from
the lifeless appearance of a lion would have turned him
back from his final rest.
Luke 10:17-19: And the seventy returned again with joy,
saying Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy
name. And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning
fall from heaven. Behold, I give unto you power to tread on
serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the
enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

THE GREATEST NAME

The only unconquerable power is found in Jesus Christ.
Ignorance is behind the joining of occult groups like the
Lodge, the fraternities, the Grail message movements, etc.
Whatever power is promised in any secret society is
beggarly. The gross limitation of the powers gotten from
secret societies is that they are subject to superior powers.
If a red candle is the source of your power, you will be in
trouble the day somebody emerges with power derived from
a black candle. If you are boastful of the voodoos and
charms prepared on land, you will be in trouble the day
another comes up with superior powers from the oceans.
The power of the Lord Jesus is the only unconquerable
power in heaven, on earth and underneath the earth. The
name and position of Jesus are above all.
Phil 2:9: Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and
given him a name which is above every name:
There are names in various societies, but the name above
every other name under heaven is the name of Jesus. There
are lords in different occult groups and religions, but the
Lord of lords is the Lord Jesus Christ. There are powers of
varying degree of superiority, but the power above all
powers is the power of Jesus. Don't waste your time in a
society that has limitations. The power of Jesus is eternal. It
has no beginning, and it has no end. No other power can
withstand it. Under the power of Jesus, you have real
insurance.

THE SUPREME POWER

There was a man in this country many years ago, who
earnestly aspired to become the president. A man of God
visited him and told him that God has ordained him to
deliver this country, but that except he became born again,
he would not get to the presidency. This presidential
aspirant refused to surrender to the lordship of Jesus. He
tried everything he could, but did not get to the position of
his dream. The only power that cannot fail is the power of
Jesus. All others are beggarly.
Luke 10:19-20: Behold, I give unto you power to tread on
serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the
enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are
subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names
are written in heaven.
Jesus himself confirmed that His power is over and above
all other powers. He does not give power less than the
power 9f the enemy. He does not give power just equal to
the power of the enemy. He does not give power over some
of the power of the enemy. He gives power over all the
powers of the enemy. His power is over all powers. No secret
society, no religion, no occult group, no demon, no deity,
nothing in heaven, on earth or underneath the earth can
boast of possessing an overall power. Only Jesus has the
overall power and that is what He gives to those who
believe in Him.

THE CONTEST
Every child of God is in a contest with the devil. The devil
and his demons will not release the souls of men in their
captivity and the blessings they have been hindering. What
you need to do as a child of God is to enforce the victory of
the cross of Jesus. The law enforcement agents are not the
makers of the laws they enforce, but they enforce the law to
maintain peace and order in the society. They are armed
with guns, batons and other gadgets to enforce the laws.
Law enforcement is about making people to comply with the
laws of the land. Force is often required in law enforcement.
That is why law enforcement agents are heavily armed to
ensure the society is subject to the written laws.
This is an illustration of what a child of God is supposed to
do. Jesus has purchased the victory on the cross. Yours is to
enforce the victory and make satan and his demons to
comply with the order of Christ's dominion and superiority.
The disciples of Jesus testified that the spirits were subject
to them. They went out to enforce the lordship of Jesus. The
demons knew that Jesus is Lord so when they met the
people enforcing the lordship of Jesus, they submitted Jesus
is Lord. Amen!

PRAYER POINTS
1. You household strongman, be bound in the name of
Jesus.
2. The sword of the Lord, rise up against my Herod and
Pharaoh in the name of Jesus.
3. Every evil padlock, be roasted in the name of Jesus.
4. Any doorway in my life inviting the enemy, be closed by
the blood of Jesus.
5. I destroy every demonic basket in the name of Jesus.
6. Lord, apply your heavenly stamp, on my urgent request,
in the name of Jesus.
7. Spirit of fear, release me in the name of Jesus.
 CHAPTER TWO

PRINCIPLES OF SPIRITUAL WARFARE

ou cannot get anything from demons without an open

Y confrontation. People generally will not make up their
minds to start keeping the laws of the land. Most people
won't do it. No matter the advancement in any country
of the world, there are law enforcement agents to enforce
the law. Satan and his demons will not just volunteer to
release their captives without the spiritual enforcement of
the lordship of Jesus. They will try to fight and resist you, but
it's all a lie.
Have you seen where policemen try to arrest some
criminals or accused persons? Force is used where there is
resistance to the police authority in enforcing the law. You
have to use force and violence of the spirit against demons
to make them comply. Don't give up to them willingly. If you
do, they will gladly lead you into captivity. Some criminals
have held some policemen hostage in their hideouts. The
police force has to reinforce and be more aggressive to deal
with them before they can release the captives. Demons
and satan are spiritual criminals. Don't ever think they will
just surrender to you without force.

ANCESTRAL BATTLES
Unlike the children of Israel, the church is faced with
terrible battles because it is fighting unseen forces of
wickedness. The believer is facing terrible battles because
he is fighting enemies that can see him but whom he cannot
see. The warfare of the church is terrible because many
Christians are not willing to fiercely engage the devil in the
invisible realm. Many Christians are facing terrible battles
because most of them are not making the necessary efforts
to prepare for the war.
Most of us with African origin have very terrible
backgrounds. We answer names whose meanings we don't
know. Your name might have been decided in the coven of
witches and wizards without your parents having any
contrary opinion. Some of us grew up to find incisions on our
bodies without knowing what they symbolise or who put
them there. Many of us were not born in the hospitals. We
were delivered into the waiting hands of diabolic people that
came as local or traditional midwives. Some of them came
as midwives but in reality, they came to hurt our future.
How can you come from a background like that and you will
not be aggressive in prayer?
If you had a different background of a father in the U.S.,
mother in England and you were born abroad in a very good
hospital, you may be wondering why others are aggressive
in their prayers. Being a Christian is even enough offence
against the devil. The battle has already been declared
against the devil. Whether you know about it or not, warfare
is going on around and against you. You need to be
equipped with a sound knowledge of the warfare to
succeed.

THE RISEN CHRIST

Paul demonstrate the power of Christ in his ministry. Peter
demonstrated the power of the risen Christ. I will
demonstrate the power of the eternal Christ. I will celebrate
the supremacy of the power of resurrection. Those that
confronted Paul and Peter either dropped dead or were led
away blind.
You can never lead a peaceful protest against witches and
wizards and succeed. Warfare is never about peace. In fact,
if peace is desired war is a must. Your health will never know
peace, if you refuse to declare war on the powers attacking i
t. This is also true of your finances, progress, career,
ministry, marriage etc. If the whole world carry placards in
peaceful protest against witches and wizards, singing, "All
we are saying, stop drinking blood", the protest will never
work. Declare war on the enemies and you will have your
peace.
Your destiny is a territorial possession you cannot joke
with. Wild animals fight fiercely to keep their territorial
integrity. Even domestic animals do the same. A dog
resident in an area will ward off all other intruding dogs. It
will bark, snarl, bite and wound the intruding dogs to keep
its territory. Chickens do the same. Everything God created
is conscious of the power and essence of territorial integrity.
If animals declare war on other animals, why do you fold
your arms and watch the devil intrude into all areas of your
life? Arise and fight back!
Wars are not won by words. They are won by force, by
strength, by aggression, by power and by violence. This is
because the enemy him self has come to kill, to steal and to
destroy. If you don't fight and prevail, the enemy will
accomplish this three-fold mission. Unfortunately, some
people only arrive at the church as victims of these three
activities of stealing, killing and destruction.

PRINCIPLES OF SPIRITUAL WARFARE

There are principles behind successful warfare. They are
applicable to the battles in the invisible realm. Let me
quickly explicate some of these principles:
1. Locate And Identify - The first principle in spiritual
warfare is to locate and identify your enemy. You cannot
fight an unknown enemy. No army in any nation goes to war
without first locating and identifying the enemies. Spiritual
warfare is a contest against spiritual beings. They are
terrible princes of darkness, rulers and wicked spirits in high
places, leaders of evil, demonic executives, demonic chiefs,
heads of institutions, demonic masterminds, controllers and
strongmen, evil powers, evil intelligence, evil tricks, evil
strategies, evil craftiness, evil skills, evil devices, evil
schemes, evil councils, etc. These are the opposition army
we are fighting.
I used to have a brother who specialises in disgracing
magicians. Whenever he saw them carrying big snakes
around their necks, he stood by to thwart the potency of
their powers. When the magicians started to recite their
incantations in order to activate demonic powers, this
brother would stay behind the crowd and declare, "1
trample upon everything in the name of Jesus". At his word,
the magicians suddenly discovered that nothing was
working for them anymore. They started looking round
curiously. First, they selected all the old men in the crowd
and ordered them to leave, because they thought the
counter power came from them. They didn't know it was a
small boy with the big power of Jesus that was responsible.
To locate and identify the enemies, you have to know who,
how many, the powers, what they do and the areas they
attacked. The enemies are merciless beings. Don't fight
them with the mind of having mercy on them.
Our team went somewhere to preach. A man came to
surrender his life to Christ. He brought all his evil powers for
destruction. Right in their presence, the evil powers he
brought began to jump and to speak. They told the man to
clear out of the way so that they might deal with the
preachers. The man warned them that they stood the risk of
fire from above. At this, the demons kept quiet. After truly
giving his life to Jesus, the team set fire to the demons in
the evil powers. If you were in the shoes of those preachers,
what would you have done? Through the victory of Jesus,
the spirits are subject to us.
2. Launch Attack - The next principle after locating and
identifying the enemies is to launch an offensive attack on
them. Don't wait for them to strike first. Ransack for them
and execute vengeance on them. The moment the military
base or commander receives a signal from the soldiers at
war that the target has been located, the next instruction
that follows is "destroy"
The powers of darkness and their human agents know the
true believers in Christ. You cannot hide yourself, so it is
better to come out and declare war at once. You are
deceiving yourself if you think they don't know you.
A brother went to the house of a herbalist sometimes ago.
He went there for spiritual assistance. But the herbalist
surprised him by recommending that he should return to the
MFM church. He pitied the ignorant brother and explained
that if he had a child as a herbalist, he would ask him or her
to join the body of Christ in the MFM church. He went on to
inform the brother that if he had his way, he too was willing
to come out of his fetish deeds. These acknowledgements
and confessions greatly amazed the brother.
3. Know Yourself - If you don't know who you are in Christ,
your ignorance will work against your success in spiritual
warfare. Paul knew himself and was quick to exercise his
authority.
Acts 13:6-12: And when they had gone through the isle unto
Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a
Jew, whose name was Bar-jesus: Which was with the deputy
of the country, Sergius Paulus, a prudent man; who called
for Barnabas and Saul, and desired to hear the word of God.
But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by
interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the
deputy from the faith. Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,)
filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him, And said, a
full of all subtlety and all mischief, thou child of the devil,
thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to
pervert the right ways of the Lord? And now, behold, the
hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not
seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on
him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking
some to lead him by the hand. Then the deputy, when he
saw what was done, believed, being astonished at the
doctrine of the Lord.
The believer or minister of the gospel, who does not know
himself, will suffer in ignorance. Paul caused astonishment
when. he brought judgement upon the sorcerer by the
power of God. This miracle of instant judgement led to the
conversion of the deputy. The kingdom of God is a kingdom
of power and glory. It is a kingdom invested with power from
above and it is only when you know yourself that you can
advance that power.

SIMPLY DIFFERENT
Several years back, I went to England to study for my
doctorate. I found a completely unfriendly environment in
the university I attended. The other black colleagues there
called me to forewarn me that I should be ready to be dealt
with by the white counterparts. According to them, the
whites were racists who didn't believe any black man could
be intelligent. When I got to where we drink tea, I saw the
whites there drinking tea, but to my surprise, they all moved
their teacups away. I got up and went after them with my
teacup because I said to myself that they did not know who
they were dealing with. One of them turned and said to me:
"Get away from here, you black monkey".
I smiled and said, "wonderful! what you said could be
correct, but I know my father is not a monkey". My mild
reaction touched their hearts. Other black people around
were hostile to their abuses, but I was not. They started
discussing about me among themselves that I was a
different black man. Against the usual way they treated my
colleagues from Africa, they started being nice to me. They
gave me whatever I needed for my studies. But for others,
they hoarded some materials they needed so much that
some spent about twice the normal years of their career.
Later, I was to sit for a much feared interview, preceding
my doctorate examination. I had already been told that
nobody ever finished his programme in that school in three
years. I promised to be an exception, and to finish up in less
than three years: They branded me a proud person, but I
didn't mind. I affirmed to them that my confidence is in the
book of Psalms chapter thirty three, verse nine.
Ps 33:9: For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and
it stood fast.

DIVINE INTERVENTION
The time I am talking about was really tough for many
people. Many Nigerians went to defend their Ph.D. theses.
The white men really stressed them. Many were there for
hours. Some would even go on break only to resume
another round of the rigour. A particular Nigerian was there
from 8.00 a.m. to 5. 00 p.m., sweating greatly in a cold
Country. Though I knew and saw all of these, I held on to the
verse of the scriptures that was my anchor. On the day of
my examination, which was less than the normal three year,
I wore a suit for the first time.
I combed my hair very well and knotted my tie neatly. My
Supervisor was pacing up and down, not knowing what was
going to happen and was cooling off with a cup of coffee.
The external examiner who came to throw part of the
questions at me did not even bother to wear his tie. He was
just fumbling with it in his hands. When I looked at the
tension around the people to examine me and their casual
appearances, I said to myself, "Ah, today is going to be
exceptionally tough."
 "Hello Daniel", the external examiner spoke at once. He
continued, "You have done very well. I have just three
questions for you. He asked them and I answered at once.
'That is it, that is it," he replied and it was all over. It all
started at 11.05 a.m. and at 11.30 a.m., I was through.
When I got out, my supervisor was still drinking coffee.
"When are you going to start?" he asked. "We have
finished," I replied; "Did you pass?" he asked curiously. "Yes,
I passed", I replied calmly. He dropped his cup and
embraced me. He was quite happy.

PROPHETIC DECREES
I want you to decree the following prophetic declarations
into your life.
My miracles will amaze my enemies
My life shall advertise the power of God.
I shall confound my enemies
I shall astound people by miracles.
I am praying for you that you will get to a point where the
power of God in your life will discharge patients in the
hospitals, leaving the doctors and nurses with nothing to do.
As Christians, we have to issue our warfare orders,
because God has given us His power and dominion over all
evil forces. Maybe the reason demons are not obeying you is
because you have not given them enough firm orders.
They shouldn't be telling you what to do. Evil spirits tell
some people not to sleep and they don't sleep. It shouldn't
be so with a child of God. The Lord Jesus has given us His
name, His blood, His strength His victory, His word, His life
and His armour. We are not supposed to tolerate the
enemy's pranks against us.
 THE DANGER OF SPIRITUAL
LAZINESS
Spiritual laziness constitutes a hinderance to exercising
the dominion of Chris). It is a great disturbance to
celebrating the victory of the cross. Unconquerable power
must overcome spiritual laziness.
A man who was supposed be a security staff in a
compound needed to routinely go round the compound in
every two-hour interval. As he was sleeping, he was woken
up by a crackling sound. In a sleepy voice, he said, "Who is
that?" And he slept off again. Thirty minutes later, he heard
the same sound. He became more conscious as he queried,
"Who is that", more realistically. He threatened the unknown
personality by deliberately filling his cutlass against the
floor. He slept off again. By day break, the vehicle parked
right by his side had lost its four lyres to robbers. His
employees queried him about his whereabouts while the
four tyres were being removed. His answer was short,
simple and straight to the point. "Laziness," he admitted. A
lazy soldier is a disaster to his country.
Laziness has ruined many promising businesses. A lazy
Christian is not a threat to the enemy. Procrastination
breeds a lazy life. A lazy person may be loaded with the best
of ideas, but he will practically do nothing. A lazy man will
jump into another project while one is unfinished. A lazy
Christian cannot fast and pray. A lazy believer cannot study
the Bible as he ought. A lazy man cannot live to achieve his
goals. You must overcome laziness if you want to be vibrant
for the Lord.

A CHALLENGE
The opposite of laziness is the fire of the Holy Ghost that
drives you on and on. Satan has perfected his methods of
operations to suit different personalities. As he keeps the
introverts physically lazy, he occupies the extroverts with
activities without accomplishment. Look around you and see
how many things are neglected because of your laziness.
Look at how many chapters of the Bible you vowed to read
that you have not yet read. Look at how many Christian
literatures you bought to read that you have not yet read.
Overcome laziness and watch the unconquerable power
dominate your life.

the name of Jesus.
5. I nullify, every satanic expectation, using the blood of
Jesus in the name of Jesus.
6. I nullify, every satanic decision, using the blood of Jesus
in the name of Jesus.
7. I nullify, every satanic agreement, using the blood of
Jesus in the name of Jesus.
8. I nullify, every satanic plans and programmes, using the
blood of Jesus in the name of Jesus.
9. I nullify, every satanic reinforcement and opposition,
using the blood of Jesus in the name of Jesus.
10. My request, be converted to testimonies in the name of
Jesus.
 CHAPTER THREE

THE LORD SHALL FIGHT FOR ME

he world has got to a stage in history, where gentle

T praying does not guarantee survival anymore. According
to the Bible, there is time for everything. These last days
of multiple satanic activities do not call for apologetic
prayer against the hosts of darkness.
The darkness of the world has grown thicker. We are in a
period that's more dangerous than the days of the apostles.
The body of Christ of today belongs to an era of amazing
revolution in the operations of satan and his entire hosts of
wickedness.
You cannot win the battle of life if you are still praying as if
you are begging the devil to change his mind. Satan is
eternally unrepentant. Given twenty billions years, the devil
will never come to the place of repentance. He is more
angry with you than you think. He questions his
messenger's everyday on why they have not succeeded in
totally destroying you. I raise the alarm to awaken you: You
are taking a stroll on a dangerous highway by choosing not
to be aggressive with satan and his messengers.

THE WICKEDNESS OF THE DAY

Each day, has sufficient evil calculated against mankind.
You are a target of wickedness on a daily basis. Jesus has a
deep insight of the world and revealed that each day is
loaded with enough evil.
Matthew 6:34: Take therefore no thought for the morrow:
for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself.
Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.
The psalmist in chapter ninety-one paints a gloomy
picture on how much of each day is saturated with
wickedness. He talks about the arrows of destruction that
flies about dangerously by day.
Most people are busy with getting their daily bread during
the day. At a time you are less concerned about your
spiritual welfare, arrows of destructions are flying about,
locating their targets.
Ps 91:5: Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor
for the arrow that flieth by day;
After a day's work, the night is a proper period for men to
rest and sleep. The calendar of men do not correspond with
the timing of the devil in his pursuit of wickedness against
mankind. When you think it is legitimate for you to rest at
night, satan charges the hours of the night with the terrors
of wickedness.

THE BLANKET OF DARKNESS

The devil is so ferocious that, he does not leave any
moment of the day free of his vices. At nightfall when
evening begins to draw on the blanket of darkness and even
before it gets extremely dark in the night, satan's activities
are already distributed into the spread of darkness. As it
gets darker, his onslaught gets more severe. That is why,
some African traditionalists only allow pregnant women to
move about before it gets too dark. In their mythologies,
they believe that wicked spirits operate more frequently
when it is dark. The psalmist talked about the pestilence
that can ensnare any soul in the hour of darkness. A
pestilence is any fatal infections disease that spreads
quickly through large numbers of people.
Psalm 91:6a: Nor for the pestilence that walketh in
darkness;...
The psalmist has revealed the evils associated with the
daytime, the night season and the hours of darkness. He
went onto talk about the perils of the noonday.
Psalm 91:6b: ..nor for the destruction that wasteth at
noonday.
You can see that there is no moment free of evil. It is the
providence of God that keeps us alive, safe and healthy.
You need a change of attitude because the agenda of
satan against you is determined and the battle line is drawn.
Be ready to fight to finish. There is no going back. The time
to increase your holy madness against the devil has come.
Draw your sword and set your arrows. The battle cry of the
Lord is getting louder with all sobriety.

THE LORD'S BATTLE AND YOUR

BATTLE
There is the Lord's battle and there is your own battle.
These two battles are not the same. The Lord can choose to
fight His battles without involving man. He is the Lord of
hosts. He commands the army of heaven and his soldiers
among men. In fighting your battles, you need His support
to win. Without God behind you, you cannot fight and win.
The Lord's battle goes on continuously. There is no time
He is not fighting His enemies. The Lord has natural
enemies. Additionally, the enemies of His people are His
enemies as well. God decides where the fighting should take
place and His battles. He decides how long a battle should
take. He decides who wins the battle as well.
Our battle is like a wrestling match against the forces of
the enemies. There are many things you cannot decide
about your battles. For example, you cannot decide where
and when you face a battle. The certainty you have in facing
the battles of life is that you can decide to fight and win
through the support of God.

JOSEPH'S BATTLES
At a teenager, Joseph faced the battle against his dream.
That battle from the realm of the spirit manifested in the
conspiracy of his brothers against him. From the plot to kill
him to his eventual slavery in Egypt, he felt the vehemence
of hell through the cruelty of his brothers, the lies of
Potiphar's wife and his abandonment by a fellow prisoner
that was granted pardon.
The book of Proverbs describes a battle that just emerged
from nowhere like a bird falling into a trap unaware.
Proverbs 27:8: As a bird that wandereth from her nest, so
is a man that wandereth from his place.
The battle of Joseph came from his household when he
was yet tender.

ELISHA'S BATTLE
Elisha faced the greatest battle of his life from the
company of the prophets. The time he was most desperate
to get the double portion of the power upon Elijah was the
time he faced the worst mockery from fellow ministers.
Elisha and the sons of the prophets that mocked him
belonged to the school of prophets in that generation. Satan
knew that he had served faithfully and committedly enough
to gain the double portion of Elijah's anointing, so he struck
with the weapon of despise and mockery from people who
were supposed to encourage him.
Many examples in the bible establish the fact that you
cannot decide many things about the battle that faces you.
The worst battle of Job came when he was living a righteous
and accomplished life. Everything around Job favoured his
testimonies before God and men. In the midst of his peace,
safety, prayerfulness and outstanding righteousness the
satan plunged him into despair.

SPIRITUAL BATTLES
As your enemies are in-visible, so your battles are no less
spiritual. This is an arena of warfare where the weapons of
the flesh are entirely useless. Don't fight your battles
carnally. You will be adding sin to sin and moving from a
small defeat to a great one. Take a look at your life again
and see how many dreams are pending, how many promises
are yet unfulfilled, how many projects are yet
unaccomplished and how many challenges are messages to
tell you that: there is a battle you must fight and win. Your
guarantee for victory is in the arsenal of God. Look at the
Biblical description of the weapons you must use.
2 Cor 10:4-5: (For the weapons of our warfare are not
carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong
holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing
that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and
bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of
Christ.
The world is not a playground, it is a battle field. The
battle facing your existence is spiritual hence the most
dangerous and difficult adversary to fight is the invisible. In
the battle of life, you cannot be neutral, because it is a
matter of life or death. You cannot be neutral in this wicked
world, because at the end of your journey here, you will face
eternity in heaven or hell. If you don't fight and win the
battle to enter heaven, you will languish eternally in hell.

TWO OPPOSING LAWS

Two opposing laws are operational in every area of life.
There is the law of life and there is the law of death. If you
don't fight to gain life, death is lurking around you. If you
don't fight to breakthrough to prosperity, poverty will take a
permanent abode with you. If you don't fight to move
forward, you will be going back by strange strides. Two
opposing forces are contending for the dominion of your life
and destiny. You must fight one and take side with the other.
Consider the great question below.
Ex 32:26: Then Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and
said, Who is on the LORD's side? let him come unto me. And
all the sons of Levi gathered themselves together unto him.
One of the greatest battles of this age is getting to
heaven. The devil is no more concerned about your
breakthroughs than he is about your spending eternity with
him in the lake of fire.
You may be the richest man in the world. The devil may
over look your wealth if he is sure your place in hell is
secured. He may not fight against your zeal to have spiritual
gifts and powers from God in as much as you will end up in
hell with everything. The devil may not fight against your
pulpit ministry, if he knows that you are guilty of your own
sermons. Getting to heaven (through a life of peace with all
men and holiness without which no man shall see the Lord)
is harder now than in the past. Jesus said you must fight to
get to heaven.
Luke 13:24: Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I
say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.
In many places in the Bible, God reveals Himself as a
terrible warrior. In His own words you can picture a man with
all arms and ammunition at His disposal. The beauty of His
battles is that, He can carry along without you. Moses saw
Him in battle against the Egyptians. This great prophet
feared and trembled as he sang the praises of God and
called him "a man of war".
 God is awesome in battle. Anytime the Lord turns His face
against an army of enemies, He leaves behind a memory of
permanent destruction, excellent victory and incontestable
Lordship. The Lord of hosts has never lost a battle. When He
stands to fight, His enemies scatter. At the frown of His face,
they melt away like wax in a fire. It is a terrible thing to fall
into the hands of the God of all battles. If you are being
sponsored by satan as an enemy of God, you must read
what God says about Himself as a warrior.
The God of all battles describes Himself a killer. He has
the power to wound. When He captures prisoners of war, no
rescue mission can release them. The Lord of hosts has a
glittering sword. He is terrible to behold in the days of
battle. Those that are wise don't allow satan to make them
enemies of God, because they know that when He steps into
battle with the adversaries, He will make a fool of them.

REALITY OF SPIRITUAL WARFARE

The battle in the realm of the spirit is as real as watching
two soldiers in a serious fight. The reason why many are not
aware of this is that, their spiritual eyes are not open. Look
at a blind man sitting by the roadside begging for alms he
does not know how many people are passing by; He does
not know the names and colours of the vehicles speeding
past; He does not know the colours of clothes that people
put on. At best, he is only aware that these things are real.
The man who is not blind, however, sees everything in
reality and can describe them in minute details.
You may only be aware that there are spiritual forces
that battle for your life because of the kind of sounds you
hear and the feelings of strange presence sometimes
Impressed upon you. The reason why you do not see them
in reality is because your spiritual eyes are not opened.
Your ignorance, does not remove the fact that they are
real. Paul was a master spiritual warrior because he
mastered the techniques of spiritual warfare in addition to
his ability to see into the reality of the spirit.
1 Cor9:26: I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I,
not as one that beateth the air:
Spiritual warfare is real. It is as real as an army trying to
invade and take over another country. The soldiers that led
the war against terrorism were fierce to look upon. They
were ready for a total showdown. Some of them kissed their
loved ones and bade final goodbye in case they didn't
return. They waved last goodbyes to friends and well-
wishers as they boarded the ships and warplanes that took
them to the battle field.

THE REAL SITUATION

Spiritual warfare is real. The soldiers in the coalition
against the terrorist army also knew the kind of enemies
they were going to face. They carried weapons that has
never been used in the history of warfare in the world. Their
conclusion was that, if the armies of the adversaries could
be as intelligent and daring as to launch an attack on the
pride of their nations, they could not under-estimate the
resistance they were likely to meet.
Spiritual warfare is real. Demons are more terrific than
ever, the devil has gone beyond the era of Christianity that
lacks fire, force and vehemence in the spirit in carrying out
their assignments. You cannot stand the heat of the battle if
your heart is not made up. How can you be fighting satan
halfheartedly? The army that God is depending upon for the
conquest of the world are those who have put their lives on
the altar of the most High. They are people whose
confessions are similar to those of Esther when she dared to
appear before the king at the risk of her life.
Esther 4:16: Go, gather together all the Jews that are
present in Shushan, and fast ye for me, and neither eat nor
drink three days, night or day: I also and my maidens will
fast likewise; and so will I go in unto the king, which is not
according to the law: and if I perish, I perish.
The devil has a highly organized kingdom. He commands
his amly from his headquarters in the second heaven. Satan
is far better organized than most churches. He recognizes
people's strength and weaknesses and acts accordingly. If
you are prone to anger, he will surround you with people to
always provoke you. He knows that with anger, you have no
place in heaven. If yours is a tendency for immorality, he
will line up endless ladies or men on your way, because he
knows no immoral person will get to heaven.
Warfare is about death, destruction, sorrow, pain and loss.
The mission of Jesus in this world where satan had already
established his reign, is to destroy the works of the devil. He
did not come to negotiate with satan on whether or not the
work of redemption could be carried on a world ruled by him
and his demons. Jesus came to destroy. This is the language
of warfare. This is an arena where lilly-livered believers are
not qualified to raise a voice. Warfare is about total
destruction.
1 John 3:8: He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the
devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of
God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the
devil.
Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil. He
plundered the kingdom of satan and set his captives free. If
you have signed over your life to carry on with the work of
the Master, you must be dangerously destructive in your
spirit. Get this very clear: Jesus didn't come to destroy
anything physically. This is why it is a spiritual warfare.
There are invisible strongholds to pull down. There are
invisible gates to throw open. There are invisible chains to
break asunder. So don't bring your battles to a realm where
you employ the arm of the flesh.
You are in a battlefield, by reason of your existence in this
world. Your battle is fiercer and more terrible by reason of
your submission to the Lordship of Christ. You are in a region
where the battle is hottest by reason of your special calling
to carry out special assignments for God. There is no middle
ground to stand on. Those who are self-deluded to think
they are neutral are receivers of all manners of arrows.
There are two options regarding spiritual battles: You
either fight and win or fold your arms and perish. Agents of
the devil embark on two hundred and one days fasting just
to destroy a Christian home. If you allow your enemies to be
more dedicated to their mission against you than you are
committed in withstanding them, then you are finished.
 CHAPTER FOUR

WHEN GOD FIGHTS FOR YOU

he Bible states very clearly that, God has provided an

T armour for every believer. The weapons of our warfare
are both defensive and offensive. God did not provide
weapons for anybody to retire spiritually and go to
permanent rest. The reality of the Christian, armour re-
enforces the reality of spiritual battle. It pre-supposes that
God has called every believer to a battlefield. If the
government of a country does not want its men to go to war
against external or internal enemies, there won't be any
need to enlist them in the armed forces and give them
weapons. The armour God has given you is to enable you to
fight and celebrate the victory of the cross.
Ephesians 6:11-13: Put on the whole armour of God, that
ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For
we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against
principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the
darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high
places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God,
that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having
done all, to stand.
The devil has his own weapon as well. The most potent of
them is ignorance. The second most effective weapon of the
enemy is discouragement. It is either people are ignorant of
what they should know or they are discouraged in pursuing
what they know. Many church-goers are not just ignorant,
they are chronically ignorant as some people are
surrounded by their enemies, but they don't know. The
Samsons are playing love upon the laps of the Delilahs and
these mighty men of unusual strength are not aware that
every kiss brings them nearer to their grave. They do not
know that every touch of the Delilahs is a seal on the
contract to destroy them. They do not know that every
bedroom conversation with. the Delilahs means a total loss
of everything that makes them unique.

TOTAL COMMITMENT
Your determination to follow the Lord through in His
battles must be total. Some people decamp to join forces
with the enemies. After a while of being in the church, they
feel like trying out some alternative powers because they
are yet to get what they want from Jesus. You are a most
miserable person, if you are in this category. In warfare,
there are casualties, prisoners of war held captive and
victorious soldiers. Be on the victorious side. Fight to win
through the strength of the Lord.
There was a boxing match sometime ago in this country. It
was between a Nigerian called Dick Tiger and Johnnie
Fulmar. The Nigerian boxer won the match though, but he
had a swollen face. His picture on the front page of the
Nigeria Daily Times showed that he had it tough even
though he won.

SECRETS OF SPIRITUAL WARFARE

What I have just said teaches a spiritual lesson. Don't
think the enemies would fold their arms, just watching you
assault them. No, they too will fight back if peradventure
they would win. The household enemies that had kept
somebody in bondage for five years would pursue him, after
he has prayed a fiery prayer of deliverance. Although he has
come out of that bondage, they would pursue him to see if
they could bring him back into bondage again.
Spiritual warfare does not have respect for age. You
cannot outgrow it. Each stage of life has its own battles. I
have seen young men wasting away. And I have also seen
old men wasting away. No matter your age in life, you have
spiritual battles confronting you.
The most effective entry point of the enemy is through
those closest to you. For this reason, prayers against
household enemies should not be taken lightly. Another
secret about spiritual warfare which you need to know is
that, all serious Christians always attract satanic attention.
Some ministers of God had a chat with an old Pentecostal
father sometime ago. They told the old man about their zeal
to work for the Lord. And the old man told them the
implication of a serious service for God. He tried to prepare
their minds against the inevitable encounters they will face
in the course of fulfilling their ministries. He said they should
expect challenges from demonic personalities. So when they
heard this, they told him they needed a rethink.

STRATEGIC SPIRITUAL WARFARE

There is a higher stage in spiritual contest. Although satan
fights serious Christians, it gets to a point that any serious
Christian becomes a terror to him. These are people known
in heaven and in hell. When such warriors emerge, satan
flees. Even when the devil fights them, he cannot win.
Deut 28:7: The LORD shall cause thine enemies that rise
up against thee to be smitten before thy face: they shall
come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven
ways.
Jer 1:19: And they shall fight against thee; but they shall
not prevail against thee; for I am with thee, saith the LORD,
to deliver thee.
The devil, does not grant freedom to his captives. It is
therefore not enough that you are violent in the spirit
against him, you must demand your freedom from him. No
matter how much good behaviour and proven character a
prisoner exhibits, if his freedom is not pressed for and
enforced legally, he will continue to serve his jail term. As a
Christian, you are no longer a civilian. You are a spiritual
soldier. And so you must endeavour to know your enemies
very well.
Exodus 15:3: The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his
name.

THE LORD'S ARMY

God is the greatest fighter of all times. Be is a man of war.
Everywhere in the Bible, God is revealed as a Master warrior.
Belonging to His side automatically makes you a fellow
warrior.
Psalms 24:8: Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong
and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.
Jesus Himself fought a terrible battle in the garden of
Gethsemane. The prayer He prayed in that garden was
concentrated at once against the entire forces of hell. The
victory or defeat at Cal vary was to be decided once and for
all.
Dialogue was useless in this discourse. Satan had
summoned all the forces of hell to join their strength to
defeat the plan of redemption and make Christ to forfeit
Calvary. Jesus engaged them to the point of oozing sweat
like drops of blood. Halleluyah! the victory is won forever.
Jesus recognized the peak period of the hours of satanic
operations. So don't be ignorant of the activities in the
invisible realm.
Luke 22:53: When I was daily with you in the temple, ye
stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour,
and the power of darkness.
As long as you are alive, you cannot but face spiritual
battles. After Jesus fasted for forty days and forty nights, the
devil came to tempt Him. Jesus overcame all the temptation
and the devil left him for a season. He left Him to reorganize
himself against the battle in Gethsemane. Spiritual
discernment is necessary for success in spiritual battles. A
brave spiritual soldier understands the times and the
seasons of the enemies.
Matt 4:11: Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels
came and ministered unto him.

SEASONS OF SATANIC ATTACKS

The devil selects the seasons of his attacks. During the
Gulf war, the Iraqi soldiers preferred a face-to-face attack on
land in daytime. Immediately the allied forces know where
their strength was, they started attacking them from the air
at night. There is a season favorable to satan's most
ferocious attacks.
The devil usually chooses any of these times and seasons
below to launch his attacks.

1. After A Breakthrough: After you have experienced a

mighty breakthrough or miracle, a challenge, will come.
The devil chooses a time most suitable for his attack to
ensure he succeeds. He might not worry much about
you in the midst of a large Christian gathering where
prayers roll like thunder. Immediately you leave the
place, he lays ambush for you. Satan deceived Eve
when she was alone. He knew that her company with
Adam was a time most unlikely for her to fall into the
trap. Satan is a clever enemy. He will flee from you
when you are on the mountain and wait for you to come
down to the valley.
2. When Your Faith Is Weak: Satan waits to attack you
when your faith is weak. He stays away when you are
 strong and vibrant in faith. But when something
happens and the power of your faith grows weak, he
uses the opportunity to attack you.
3. When You Are Tired: Tiredness is natural after
exercising yourself. It is not a sin to be tired. Jesus was
passing through a village of the Samaritans, and sat on
a well because He was tired. Anybody could be tired.
That time of tiredness when you desire rest most, is
when satan chooses to attack. He knows you will be
most unwilling to stir up yourself and fight. Watch out
when you are tired; The devil is not far.
4. When Your Divine Promotion Is Near: People have
found the worst and strangest things befalling them just
about the time when their greatest and best desires is
to come. This is the work of the devil

Bartimaeus was blind, begging alms by the roadside. One

day when Jesus passed the road Bartimaeus was informed
that the reason for the noise was because the Messiah was
passing by. He raised his voice and shouted, "Have mercy
on me". Immediately he cried out, a number of counter
voices attacked him saying, "Keep quiet". The miracle of
receiving his sight was just about to happen when he was
attacked. Watch out! when something good is about to
happen to you, the devil attacks to make you lose your
miracles.
. At The Crossroads or Decision-Making: The enemies
attack at the point of taking a very important decision of
your life. There are decisions you take that are capable of
making the rest of your life or marring it. The devil waits at
the juncture where crucial decisions are to be taken. He
launches attacks to influence people to take decision that
will destroy them. Be very, very careful when you are
deciding whom to marry. Mind your decision about ministry
work and also be careful about your decision of location.
. During Spiritual Progress: One of the most suitable
times of satanic attacks is when your spiritual progress is
attracting attention. The enemies sent one hundred and two
soldiers to arrest Elijah. Being a prophet of fire, he
commanded fire from heaven to consume them. But in the
case of Elisha who got the double portion of Elijah's power,
the enemies sent an entire army against him. The law of
nature is that the higher you go, the cooler it becomes.
Contrary to this, the higher you go spiritually, the hotter the
battle becomes. Elisha's double portion of anointing
attracted a double number of enemies.
. At The Birth or A Destiny Child: The devil attacks when
a child destined to be great, is about to be born. Jesus was
attacked as a baby. Some children are under attack now
because the enemies are aware of the glory of their future.
When I was about writing my School Certificate
Examination, some hot oil poured On my leg, and I couldn't
walk. To worsen the situation, I was attending a dead church
where the source of that attack could not be discerned. That
same time my arm was broken. It was held up in a plaster of
paris. I was on my bed and in pains when the Lord spoke to
me at night and said if I didn't, start praying, my life and
career would be destroyed.
. When A Blessing Is Coming: When a blessing is coming
your way from the Lord, the devil is also set to attack. A
blessing was coming to Daniel from the Lord, but the prince
of Persia withstood it for twenty-one days.
. At The Commencement Of A New Ministry: The enemy
attacks when you are about to begin a new ministry for God.
Satan left everything he was doing to attack Jesus at the
commencement of His ministry.
0. After Attacking The Enemies: Satan launches a
counter-attack after you have just plundered his kingdom.
 GOD'S WARFARE METHODS.
God bas various ways through which He fights His
enemies. He has the strangest and most miraculous ways of
fighting. Let me just give you some of the divine ways of
warfare.

1. By Angelic Ministry: During the reign of Hezekiah, the

Assyrian army besieged the people of God. God sent
only one angel to fight the enemies. The angel killed
one hundred and eighty five thousand Assyrian soldiers
before daybreak. The few survivors woke up to find a
dead army spread out on the ground. God can send His
angels to pursue, to kill, to destroy, to ambush, and to
arrest your enemies.
2. By a Divide And Fight Rule: God can look down from
heaven and partition the unity of your enemies, such
that, they get busy fighting one another while you are
singing praises to Him. God spoke in Isaiah that He was
going to set the Egyptians against themselves. This
methods is called divide and fight rule. It is wonderful to
watch your enemies face one another in their plan to
attack you.
3. By Improving Normal Skills: David was naturally
skillful at throwing stones with a sling. The armour of
Saul was too heavy for him because he never used or
tested them. He decided to use the sling and the stone,
a weapon he was already skillful in handling. But when
he released the stone, God took it over and directed it to
the forehead of Goliath. God can fight for you by using
your skills and gifts to deliver you.
4. By Converting The Enemy: God can fight for you by
converting your enemies to become your friends. The
moment your enemy becomes your friend, he can no
longer attack you with his weapons, but has to look for a
different target to attack. The fire of king
 Nebuchadnezzerar did not have power over Shadrach,
Meshach and Abednego. The king called out to them
that they should come out of the burning furnace. He
announced to everyone that only the God of these three
Hebrews should be worshipped. He became their friends
and began to use the resources of his kingdom to
publicize their God.
5. By Using Unusual Weapon: God has a lot of unusual
weapons. He used the shepherd's rod in the hands of
Moses to destroy the army of Egypt. He used the
jawbone of an ass in the hands of Samson to destroy the
Philistines. He can fight for you by using unusual
weapons against the adversaries.
6. By Throwing Hailstones: Some soldiers from the
camp of the enemies were escaping slaughter from the
army of Israel, when God caught up with them,
hailstones rained down from heaven. They were crushed
to death. God has a reserve of stones and other
elements of creation in the invisible realm. He can
release hailstones to crush all your enemies in their
secret places.
7. By Thunder: The Lord can discomfit a whole army by
sending thunder upon them. Thunder rolls at His
command. And when His anger is full, He expresses it in
voices of many thunders.
8. Earthquake: God used this method of fighting the
enemies much in the Old Testament. Nevertheless, to
show the world that He can still use it again, He sent an
earthquake to the prison where Paul and Silas were kept
and the prison doors gave way. God can choose to
plunder all the barricades around you by sending an
earthquake.
9. By Darkness: The Egyptians can never, forget this
experience. Their day suddenly turned into very thick
darkness-the kind they had never experienced all their
lives. All human activities during this dark hour of Egypt
 was totally paralyzed. God can paralyse the activities of
your enemies by enveloping them in a darkness so thick
as to hinder their operations.
10. By Opening The Earth: God can speak to the ground
from above and it will open its mouth to swallow up the
enemies. Bible history, does not forget Korah, Dathan
and Abiram as the first human beings that the earth
swallowed up alive. They descended into hell with those
that were loyal to their hypocrisy. God can still do that
again.
11. By Fire: The psalmist wrote and said that the Lord will
arise to fight His enemies. He said that a tempestuous
fire will go before Him to devour His adversaries. So the
Lord can fight your enemies by sending down fire upon
them.
12. By Sending Spiritual Worms: The Bible describes hell
as a place of torment, a lake of everlasting fire where
there are worms that do not die. Only spiritual worms
can exist in the fire of hell. God can send spiritual worms
to devour your enemies. He sent worms upon Herod as
seen in the Acts of the Apostles.
13. By Ordaining Terrifying Noises: God can make your
enemies to hear terrifying noises, which can lead to
their stampede and destruction. He sent terrifying
noises against the enemies to turn around the economic
situation of Samaria overnight.

God is greatly to be feared in battle. I congratulate you if

you are on His side already. If not, you belong to a
dangerous camp by choosing to remain with satan.

HOW TO DELIVER UP YOUR ENEMIES

1. Identify The Source of Your Problems: Until you tell
a doctor your complain, he wouldn't know which test to
 carry out on you. You need to identify the specific area
of your life where satan is inflicting punishment on you.
Look at your health, career, marriage, ministry,
business, travels, etc. Identify the source of the
problem.
2. Call It By Name: Call a spade a spade. Call your
problem by its proper name. A stomach pain is not the
same problem as a runny stomach. The problem of a
brother was mentioned by the word of knowledge in one
of our meetings. Because it was important, he was
asked to lay his hands on where the problem was, but
he laid hands on his thigh. There was nothing wrong
with his thigh and so, he missed his miracles as a result
of shyness.
3. Intense Hatred: Have an intense hatred for the things
that open the door for the enemy to strike.

Ps 139:21-22: Do not I hate them, O LORD, that hate thee?

and am not I grieved with those that rise up against thee?
Psalm 139:21-22: I hate them with perfect hatred: I count
them mine enemies.
. Renounce And Reject: as soon you identify what opens
the door for the enemies to attack you, let your perfect
hatred for it lead you to renounce and reject it. Put it off
outright. Don't be polite to satan. Command him to leave at
once.
. Break Evil Association: Break every satanic and evil
association to keep your blessings. Separate yourself from
occultic churches, immoral literatures, idols etc. Break every
previous link you had with the devil.
. Grow Violent: In the kingdom of God, violence is allowed.
The very condition for survival in the kingdom is violence in
the spirit. Be violent against your problem. Others may want
to keep their problems by refusing to be violent. Dare to
stand alone and be different. Physically, violent people are
seen as dangerous and men do everything to curb their
violence. Otherwise they flee from them.

PRAYER POINTS:
1. I summon every power, that has done me wrong and I
issue judgment upon you all in the name of Jesus.
2. I command all my oppressors, to fall by their own
counsel, in the name of Jesus.
3. All my chained blessings, be released in the name of
Jesus.
4. I refuse to be paralysed physically or spiritually in the
name of Jesus.
5. Let every problem, attached to my name, be revoked in
the name of Jesus.
6. Oh Lord, reveal to me every secret of my life that I need
to know in the name of Jesus.
7. Every wicked voice, calling my name, be silent in the
name of Jesus.
8. Every physical and spiritual poison, I reject you in the
name of Jesus.
9. (place one hand on your head and the other on your
chest. You are going to stand against the marks of the
witches, the wizards and the wicked men). Every mark
of the witches, the wizards and the wicked men, in any
department of my life, be robbed off in the name of
Jesus.
10. I stand against, faith destroyer, in the name of Jesus.
11. I stand against, the spirit of ignorance, in the name of
Jesus.
12. I stand against, the spirit of strife, in the name of Jesus.
13. I stand against, every spirit working against love in my
life in the name of Jesus.
14. I paralyse, every evil observer of my life, in the name of
Jesus.
15. Let every organ in my body, that is not functioning well,
receive divine touch in the name of Jesus.
16. Every secret, about the strong man, be revealed to me
by the Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus.
17. All the blocked way of success, be opened in the name
of Jesus.
18. Let favour, bombard my life from every direction in the
name of Jesus.
19. Every evil attachment, to my place of birth, be nullified
in the name of Jesus.
20. Oh Lord, anoint me for supernatural breakthroughs in
the name of Jesus.
21. All the power, chasing blessings away from me, be
roasted in the name of Jesus.
22. I neutralize, every power converting my beneficiaries to
enemies in the name of Jesus.
23. You household enemies, I disarm you in the name of
Jesus.
24. All the troublers of Israel in my life, be troubed in the
name of Jesus.
25. Let my enemies begin to pitch their tents against one
another in the name of Jesus.
26. You devil, every good thing you have stolen from me, I
command you to return them in the name of Jesus.
27. Pick one particular problem in your life and mentioned it
seven times. Repeat the process two more times. Then
command it to loose its hold upon your life in the name
of Jesus.
