bottles. Depending on the final product (shape/size/weight), the machines are able to achieve up to 98% efficiency
and speed up to 2,000 bottles out of one socket. An additional advantage is the low energy use, which is less than
3.3W per one 1.5L bottle. Continuous development, patented solutions, precise highly-reliable assembly make
BLUELINE machines the best option for the production of PET packaging. The wide range of blow molding
machines meets the various requirements of the packaging market, such as: bottles up to 7 litres, oval bottles, hot-
fill bottles, small capacity bottles (10 ml) and standard bottles. BLUELINE machines offer a number of standard

Eco Power Diagnostic System


All processes in blow molding machines are controlled automatically by a set of sensors integrated with a
specialised PLC device. In the event of a fault or when the machine is stopped, information about the problem is
displayed on the LCD panel.
Eco Power Heating System

Innovative preform heating system equipped with eight levels of infrared lamps. This system is controlled by
Danfoss power regulators. It enables accurate, uninterrupted regulation of preform heating temperature. A set of
pyrometers controls the preform temperature, based on which the system automatically regulates the power of
infrared radiation in order to ensure a stable (repeatable) temperature of the preforms regardless of changes in the
ambient temperature.

Eco Power Stretching System

Stretching preform innovative system based on a servomotor with planetary gear. This system ensures a repeatable
process of stretching preforms, which means that the quality of produced bottles and their repeatability is much
higher than that obtained by conventional stretching systems based on pneumatic servomotors. There is no need
to set stretch rods manually when changing the type of produced bottles, which constitutes a unique feature of this
system. The system automatically measures the height of the bottle correspondingly to the applied blowing form
(without the need of operator’s intervention).

Eco Power Blowing System

Modern blowing system based on state-of-the-art, integrated valves by a Swiss company Eugen Seitz, which allows
to control the amount of the flowing air. The valves, together with the special technical solutions used, ensure even
air inlet into the blow mold along the stretch rods, which guarantees high quality and repeatability of the produced
bottles.
Eco Power Air Recovery System

The blow molding machine can be equipped with an innovative system for recovering compressed air from the
blowing process. This system is based on an advanced valve by Eugen Seitz involving a set of containers and
sensors which control the pressure of recovered air. This system is designed to reuse the compressed air recovered
from the blowing process. Using the system allows for a significant reduction in energy consumption due to the
blow molding machine’s lower demand for compressed air.

BLUELINE machines can be equipped with Eco Power Air Recovery System called a first or second generation
system.

A first generation system recovers compressed air at a pressure of 8-9 bar to pneumatically controlled components
in the low pressure pneumatic system.

A second generation system recovers compressed air at a pressure of 8-9 bar for pneumatically controlled
components in the low pressure pneumatic system and high pressure compressed air for the pre-blowing process
(only BLUELINE HiTech).

Eco Power Recuperation System

BLUELINE blow molding machines can be equipped with an innovative, patented system that reuses hot air from
the reheat oven. This solution enables pre-heating of preforms with hot air from the main oven, reducing the
amount of energy required to heat the preforms (only BLUELINE HiTech). It is the only such solution applied
in linear blow molding machines available in the world.

FlowM Series is used for filling water, juice, dairy products, milk into PET bottles from 0,2l to 5l, with output up
to 20.000 bph@1l.

The base construction of the machine is performed as a carrying plate made of from the construction steel covered
by the panel from the stainless steel AISI 304. Down at the base all the machine drives are set. On the base plate
there are warm column, “stars” columns and filling aggregate together with main tank and filling taps and the
capping machine is mounted (with capping heads and mechanism of cap’s delivering).

The triblock does not have a caterpillar conveyor with independent drive so it should be place together with such
one in the production line.

The machine are equipped with main wheels, the attachable drive of stars without using of intermediate wheels.
All than leader to clearances minimalization and allow for high precision delivery of the bottlers in-to the stars.
The last is important if the bottle is led by it’s neck.

The machine has very solid design which is assuring it’s long time operation. It is modular machine, connecting
two integrated systems: filling and capping in one complete solution for producers of dairy products, juices, milk.

The bottles are delivered the intermediate star on the filling machine where it is placed parallel to a filling tap axis.
The machine is designed for bottling of non-carbonated drinks and equipped electronic filling system.

The machine has been designed with an emphasis on hygiene; therefore, all elements having contact with the
beverage to be filled are suitable for washing. As standard, the machine is equipped with equipment allowing
washing in the CIP system.
MAIN PARTS OF FILLING MACHINE

FILLER

The filling machine of the machine is equipped with filling valves that suitable for dairy products,
milk, juices. The elements which are contacting with the filled product are all made of AISI 314 steel,
than guarantee a high hygiene of the filling process. Machine is equipped with electronic filling
valves - mass flow-meters.

Measure of filling medium is made in real time mode, what makes this process easy to operate and
control.

The filling valves characterize very simple constructions and guarantees the high level of hygiene.

Type of filling valves and purity system give a guaranteed result – an inspection system for the filled
and capped bottles comes standard. It has tolls of its own -a CIP system for the production of cleaning
solutions is included.

The filling machine is installed on a standard column together with bottle holders fixing the bottles
by the necks.

CAPPER

The base part of capping device is performed from construction steel covered by polyurethane paint, a part of that
the machine is equipped with the panels made from stainless steel and that all protect the machine from the
corrosion.

Optionally the machines can be also equipped for capping the bottles with caps of SPORT CAP - type, for that the
additional unscrambler is placed on the column. The capping heads are already designed for this type of caps.

The capping device can be also supplied with UV lamp, fixed on a skid.

The caps are dispensed from the cap orientator to the skid and cap administering system PICK&PLACE. The skid
is equipped with a system that detects and removes incorrectly orientated caps. During the capper twist the seizure
of caps by the head grab occurs. The caps are administered only if the bottles are inside the machine.

SOFTWARE

The electrical installation - STM-SOFT (power and machine control system) consists of a power cabinet and a
control panel. The control cabinet is mounted on the machine frame, which ensures faster start-up at the customer's
site.

Control system based on B&R products (Austria)


The intermediate element for man-machine communication is the control panel. As standard, machines are
equipped with B&R Power Panel C70 series. They have a dual function - HMI and industrial PLC. The compact
design guarantees stable operation by avoiding possible problems with PLC - HMI communication. The 10" screen
provides a large working area, which translates into clear text messages and comfortable operation.

It is possible to install a remote access module for machine diagnostics.


Automatic operation mode

The machine's actuators are controlled automatically, on the basis of a control algorithm embedded in the
controller's memory, signals from sensors and parameters entered by the user. The whole is designed in such a
way as to ensure the correct course of the technological process.
On the control panel screen there is a preview of the current operating parameters of the machine, such as:
capacity, product counter or product level in the tank.

Machine washing mode

Depending on the type of machine, different washing options are available, such as working for a user-specified
time or cyclic washing according to a specific algorithm.
Manual mode

It allows to control individual machine elements. On the control panel, select the actuator. Several actuators can
be selected. In order to start working on a particular machine, press the button on the control panel. This remote
control is connected with a long cable, which allows you to approach each machine element, which gives you even
better control over the element you are currently controlling. The wired connection of the remote control enabled
the installation of an additional emergency switch, which increased the safety of the operator.
The manual mode option is very useful for diagnostics of machine operation or for maintenance work.
Login

Machine control modes: automatic, washing, manual, are available after logging in by the user. By default, two users
are created: administrator and operator. They have full access to the machine control.

In addition, the administrator has the ability to define new users with the option to restrict access, for example,
only to automatic mode of operation. Logins of users are registered, so it is possible to check their history.
Alerts

List of current and historical alarms to view the status of the machine.

The messages include the marking of electrical components that directly cause the alarms to appear. The use of
the electrical diagram and the described option makes it easier to diagnose possible malfunctions of the machine.
Diagnostics

Machine diagnostics, in addition to the alarms listed above, makes it easier to view the status of the I/O modules,
input and output values and inverter status (code and status description, error description, frequency values and
current consumption).
Settings for customization of the machine to individual customer needs

For the WeightMatic and FlowMatic series, recipes can be created. The parameters can be read and saved on a
flash drive.

The entire machine interface is available in four languages: English, French, Polish and Russian. Other languages
as an additional option.

• The line is used for palletizing packs/cartons of beer bottles on EURO pallets (1200 x 800
mm) and allows wrapping finished pallets with stretch foil.
• All elements in the device can operate at temperatures from +5°C to +35°C.
• The working cycle of the device consists of the following stages:
o Issuing seals/cartons of bottles for palletizing
▪ Feeding the seals on a belt feeder
▪ Spreading the seals in a defined configuration
▪ Movement of seals to gripping head
o Palletizing process
▪ Receiving a pallet from the pallet magazine or manual pallet application
▪ Receiving the layerfold from the pallet magazine
▪ Stacking of seals on the pallet
o Wrapping the pallet is done by a plate wrapper next to the palletising section in a
semi-automatic way

Handing out the bags of bottles:


The dispensing of the seals placed on the buffer conveyor is done by a feeding system. The seals are fed
into the system in rows with a defined number of seals per row. After feeding the first row of sealers, it
is moved by the sliding system to an intermediate table. Then the second row of seals is fed and after a
suitable positioning in relation to the first row, both rows are simultaneously moved to the seal head.
The seal dispensing method is adapted to the capacity and palletising configuration.

The robotic palletizing system is designed to collect crates from different packaging lines
simultaneously. It’s a very flexible system allowing the creation of pallets with different products,
crates and mosaics from different production lines, simultaneously. The gripping tool is designed
specifically for each application.

The products are picked from conveyor/s system to complete the cycle and position onto the pallet.

Description:

• The line is used for palletising bottles of water on EURO pallets (1200 x 800 mm) and allows
to wrap the ready pallets with stretch film.
• All elements in the device can operate in temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.
• The operating cycle of the device consists of the following steps:

Issuing bottles: Issuing bottles located on the buffer conveyor is implemented with the use of a feeding
system. Bottles are fed to the system in rows of a particular number of bottles in a row. After feeding
the first row of bottles, it is moved by the pushing system onto the intermediate table. Then a second
row of bottles is fed and after its appropriate orientation in relation to the first row, both rows are
moved simultaneously to the gripping head of

The process of palletising: The robot places a stabilising spacer on the pallet by collecting it with
suction cups from the spacer storage. Then it performs a cycle of collecting bottles and placing them
on the pallet. The sequence is repeated until obtaining the maximum filling of the pallets. The robot
collects a stabilising spacer again and this time places it on the previously arranged bottles. The
palletising cycle is repeated until an adequate number of layers on the pallet is obtained.e robot.

Wrapping of the arranged pallet: The arranged pallet is transferred to the stretch wrapping station.

Wrapping is performed with the use of a B150 wrapper.

Passing a pallet to the unloading station: After finishing the wrapping cycle, the pallet is passed to
the unloading station where it can be taken by a forklift.

Pallet storage: The pallet storage is used for unloading individual empty pallets in a stack enabling
gripping by the gripping head of the robot. The pallet storage is designed to issue EURO pallets with
the dimensions of 1200x800mm. The maximum number of pallets in the storage is 15 pcs.

Separator storage: The separator storage is used as a separator reservoir. Lifting of a separator is
done by means of gripper suction cups. Separation of the stack is effected with the use of brushes
placed at the corners of the storage. The storage is adapted to issue cardboard spacers or plastic spacers
with the dimensions of 1200x800mm. The maximum number of spacers in the storage at the same time
depends on the thickness of the applied spacer.

COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS

All above-quoted prices are only approximate value - exact price will be quoted after a specification of
required capacity to intended volume of container, kind of bottles, kind of closure and shapes of the
labels.
The above-mentioned prices are to be understood on the delivery terms FCA Zlocieniec - Poland,
including basic tear -wear spare parts for one year’s guaranty operation and basic packing costs without
transport and the insurance. The prices are mentioned for export (without VAT)
Terms of payment confirmed by a first class European Bank (confirmation fees at your charge)
payable:
• prepayment in amount of 60 % of whole contract value to be paid within 7 days after signing the
contract
• second installment - i.e. 40 % of contract value to be paid before dispatch of the machines to the
Customer
The payment condition can be discussed between parties.
Time of delivery:
STM producer-supplier delivers the supply of above -specified bottling machines of the bottling plant
till 35 weeks (according to above -mentioned terms (if the case company holiday in July is delivery time
prolonged more - 14 days) after contract conclusion and the Customer’s prepayment has been obtained
by STM Firm. Time of delivery will be exactly indicated between parties.

Assembly:
Assembly and putting in the operation of the bottling machines of bottling plant can be executed by
Supervision system. Will be the matter of an independent contract in which the detailed conditions will
be agreed.
We will train the Customer’s personnel directly ten ding the machine - during the final assembly and
starting up in Customer’s facilities
Supposed time of assembly for above -mentioned machine and number of assembling specialist for
supervision:
Usually starting up provided by 1 person within 1 week (without testing period) under the condition that
Customer’s facility is properly prepared according to the STM’s requirements as well as full assistance
of Customer during starting up is provided.
The Custumer has to provide for: ‘to/back’ air tickets from Polan d, board and lodging, local
transportation, interpreter from local language to English, machines unloading and positioning
according to approved layout drawing , local workers and technicians for installation and start-up

Samples, whose quality must be accepted by the Seller, must be sent free of charge at Seller’s
manufacturing plant. Any delay in receiving the samples will consent the Seller to postpone the
machinery delivery accordingly.

• STM Sp. z o.o. warrants that the equipment delivered to the purchaser will be of the type and
quality described in the enclosed proposal and the equipment will be free of defects in design,
workmanship, and material. Deterioration of parts or equipment due to exposure to corrosive or
abrasive substances or operation of equipment under abnormal circumstances shall not
constitute a defect in equipment design, workmanship, and/or material.

• This warranty shall be enforceable against STM Sp. z o.o. for a period of one year from date of
invoice, provided the purchaser gives STM Sp. z o.o. an immediate written notice of the alleged
defect and a reasonable opportunity to inspect the same. STM Sp. z o.o. agrees to correct the
defect by either repairing the said defect or, at the option of STM Sp. z o.o., making available
to the purchaser without charge, a new and defective replacement for any part shown to be
defective. STM’s sole and exclusive liability to the purchaser under this warranty shall be
limited to repair or replacement of defective equipment for which notice is given within the
above stated time frame. Correction of such defects in the manner and time provided above shall
constitute a fulfillment of all liabilities of STM Sp. z o.o. under this warranty. In no event shall
STM Sp. z o.o be held liable to the purchaser for any other remedy including, but not limited
to, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost sales, injury to person or property, or
any other incidental or consequential loss

electrical/electronic components, starters, motors, reduction gears/gearbox, bearings, springs,

• No employee or representative of STM Sp. z o.o. is authorized to make any EXPRESS
WARRANTY beyond that stated in this quotation unless in writing, signed by an authorized
representative of STM Sp. z o.o., and referenced as a specific additional term of this quotation.
STM Sp. z o.o. specifically DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES any IMPLIED WARRANTY,
including WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY and WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Miscellaneous:
• For more detail obligatory quotations are necessary to give precision to all parameters for the
project and to supply some drawings or samples of glass bottle, crown -corks and paper labels.
These drawings and samples are necessary for the construction making and the preparation of
machines and equipment.

• STM company reserves the right to confirm the present document when samples and the final
detailed drawings of the bottles and the caps to be handled, as well as the lay-out of the
installation at the final Customer’s site will be available.
• STM company reserves the right to make modifications to the original project or to the previous
versions of the same, in order to produce building of working improvements, but always
maintaining the same purpose.
