According to (Britannica) Ethics, also called moral philosophy, the discipline concerned with what is morally
good and bad and morally right and wrong. The term is also applied to any system or theory of moral values or
principles
We need to be ethical because it defines who we are individually and as a society. These are norms of behavior
that everyone should follow. Our society might fall into chaos if we accept that each of us could pick and
choose what the right thing to do is. This is the moral point of view.
Work ethic is an attitude of determination and dedication toward one's job. Those with a strong work
ethic place a high value on their professional success. They exhibit moral principles that make them
outstanding employees in any position. Also, Work ethic is a belief that hard work and diligence have a moral
benefit and an inherent ability, virtue or value to strengthen character and individual abilities. It is a set of
values centered on importance of work and manifested by determination or desire to work.
Good work ethic is an extremely positive soft skill that employees across all industries and levels of seniority
should work to continually develop. Expect to enjoy your work more and increase your marketability as you
develop better work ethic throughout your career.
People with a good work ethic have the ability to stay focused on tasks for as long as necessary to get them
done. Focus is equally as important as persistence when it comes to work ethic. Focusing will allow you to
finish tasks more efficiently while avoiding distractions.
Ethical behavior includes honesty, integrity, fairness and a variety of other positive traits. Those who have
others' interests in mind when they make decisions are displaying ethical behavior. In the workplace, there
