Assessment Diagnosis Planning Intervention Evaluation

The goal was to help the patient improve social interaction skills. Over 1 week of nursing intervention, the patient worked with the nurse to identify positive social behaviors to substitute for unsatisfactory ones. This resulted in the patient demonstrating more security and less suspicion. The goal of improved social interaction was met.
