Subject: - Revised Schedule for filling of examination forms for examination
May/]une- 2023.
As decided in the meeting of HOD's, Dean Academic and COE, the
examinations (Theory) for the current session will commence from 16th May-2023 for
2021 batch and prior batches. The examination (Theory) for 2022 batch willcommence
from 24th May 2023. The examination for Batch-2020 will be conducted by IKGPTU as per
their instruction available on IKGPTUwebsite.
Hence, this is in continuation of earlier letter no. SBSSTC/FZR/cOE/
3039 dated 25.04.2023. The earlier letter no. SBSSTC/FZR/COE/3039 dated
25.04.2023 stands cancelled and the revised dates for the examination form filling
are given below.
The exam forms are to be filled on University website www.shsstcacin.
The procedure for form filling is available on the University website.
All the students who want to appear in reappear examination of May/ June
2023 session should note the following.
1. In case the students find that the particular subject is not available in the software,
the concerned student should contact the respective department and examination
Cell.
2. The schedule for filling the examination forms online along-with the fee structure is
as given below:
