    about the Audit Reports dated 11.11.2022 and
    thereby advised the team to strictly ensure

    implementation of QAP/Safety Plan/SOP's etc and
    also to ensure there will be no observations/remidial
    actions required in future.

    Head-Projects, ARTL has instructed PM, VBPPL to


    issue letter to NECL regarding Flyover-01 status,
    quantity required for completion, rate of progress

    for completion and submission of catch-up
    program.

    Head-Projects, ARTL enquired about the likely


    completion of balance structures of the project.
    Structures-Head, VBPPL informed that, all the

    Head-Projects, ARTL enquired about progress of


    Highway works in 3.4 km atgrade portion. Highway-
    Head, VBPPL informed that, out of 3.4 km, in 3.3 km
    5 Progress of Highway works VBPPL works were taken-up and Embankment works
    completed for 2 km. Highway-Head informed that,
    there is issue in obtaining Sub-Grade material which
    needs to be taken-up with NECL.

    Head-Projects, ARTL enquired about progress of RE


    Wall locations. Highway-Head, VBPPL informed that,
    out of 99000 Sq.m RE wall quantity, as on date

    20000 sq.m Re Wall has been completed. Labour
    needs to be increased for enhancing current
    progress of 50 sq.m/ day to target of 300 sq.m/day.

    Head-Projects, ARTL advised project co-ordinator to


    prepare list of brought out items such as
    bearings/expansion joints etc required for
    7 Status of brought out items for structures VBPPL
    structures along with detailed procurement
    program assuming completion of structures by
    28.02.2024.
