 Engineering is something that is proven by analysis with data
and calculation. It is about technical issues we face daily,
whether is civil construction, machinery, electrical supply,
water treatment and etc. Engineering knowledge help us
understand the underlying root cause of problem and how to
work strategically and enhance our problem solving skills by
incorporating theoritical knowledge and experience. Basically
it is about design( apply theory), build (execution) & trouble
shooting.

2.Ethics is about the safety and life of public. It is important to

be truthful regarding calculations and knowledge so that a
proper design is done to ensure not only it function well. Also
ensure safety of user. There are many areas of engineering.
Engineers should only advise based on their area of expertise
and avoid corruption so that decision and problem solving
solutions is not bias.

3.I would say my strength is ethics. I'm truthful with my

knowledge and only advise the real data and no fabrication.
Also, I work a lot with datas and research before come to
various options and best solutions.
4.The biggest challenging part is managing people. There is
politic everywhere and every person work of approach is
different. It is how we manage people and make them trust us
and to be a part of the team. Always support your
subordinate, give them best ideas and seek their opinion.
They could be more experience than us and all ideas is as
good. Focus on brainstorming session.

5.Read a lot of online articles and books. Take up professional

cost such Project Management Professionals. Go for talks
regularly and do a lot personal research and build network
with subject matter experts.

6.We cant change their working style. We need to know how

to work together as a team whereby brainstorming plays a
vital role. No ideas is irrelevant. All ideas are good. Get info
from operator/technician and Breakdown the ideas into pros
and cons. Work on it. Show datas and proves on each ideas. I
believe if the datas is good for improvement, technician
should also want to improve.

3.0 METHODOLOGY
Methodology is a way for doing research on certain issues in accordance with an organised
discipline . In relation to the title of the assignment received, it is necessary to create,
evaluate, and present data obtained throughout the fulfilment of the task . This study's data
and information were gathered utilising a variety of methods, including surveys for
quantitative research and observation and writing for qualitative research . The sources used
include:
a) Surveys
To gather information and data in order to determine the impact of plastic
consumption on daily life among students in UTM and, more crucially, families in
Malaysia. This approach is used to collect information in order to create a data set on
the usage of plastic in a week for UTM dormitory students and the same period for
student families. This is accomplished by administering an online questionnaire
(Google form) to the students. In the form, each respondent must answer questions
relating to the task title, such as providing an estimate of plastic use based on the kind
of plastic, the impacts of plastic pollution, and a few questions regarding plastic
pollution awareness in Malaysia.

b) Internet
Obtaining data and information relating to the report's topics, such as sustainable
development, kinds and degradability of plastics to microplastics, data gathering and
analysis, by using numerous websites on the internet as a reference.

c) Literature
Journals and publications are utilised as references for this strategy to gain a deeper
understanding of learning challenges and to undertake benchmarks related to task
studies. Furthermore, in order to make producing a summary of the assignment easier,
each member of the group must supply the information that has been searched based
on the peer teaching notes that have been completed according to the title supplied.

Finally, in order to construct a presentation on the assignment report, each member of the
group is assigned a task based on the title in the report to help with the process of producing
the presentation slides. Presentation slides are created using the Canva tool, which is
accessible to all group members. Furthermore, each member of the group is urged to make
preparations for making a presentation in front of the public.
5.0 CONCLUSION
Based on the research, We can collect and evaluate data depending on the research's
purpose so that we may draw conclusions regarding the plastic pollution study
assignment.From that, we can conclude that plastic is something that should be highlighted
and handled in in order to achieve environmental sustainability. This is because, based on the
findings of the data gathered from the survey administered to UTM's students, we discovered
that people's lifestyles, as well as their consumption of plastic, are important factors to
consider in order to prevent the rise of plastic pollution. However, this is also dependent on
the public's responsibilities and attitude toward environmental problems. Besides from that, it
can help to some extent to observe where our country's standard deals with plastic pollution
based on popular opinion that occurs in the country. This raises public awareness of the
importance of changing one's lifestyle and method of using plastic in order to minimise
pollution and ensure the sustainability of the environment, as well as, most significantly, to
build an environment that future generations can feel and see.
