I. OBJECTIVES At the end of the lesson, students will be able to:
Knowledge discuss how volcanic eruption affects our society,
Skills enumerate the signs of an impending volcanic eruption, and
Attitude recognize the positive effects of volcanic eruptions in the society
through group presentations.

A. Reviewing or Let the students recall the concepts transpired in the former
presenting the new lesson. This can be done through games or oral recitation.

B. Establishing a purpose This lesson focuses on the different effects of volcanic eruptions
for the lesson in the society. It also deals about how these effects gave an
impact to our environment and human lives.

E. Discussing new Volcanoes also affect people positively. For example, the
concepts and eruption of Pinatubo Volcano has created spectacular scenery in
practicing new skills its wake. Likewise, the eruption of Musuan Volcano in
#2 Bukidnon has produced very rich soils for farming years after its
eruption in 1867. People became creative also by making
earthenware out of the ash fall from the Pinatubo Volcano
eruption.
