The Holy Quran is the most important religious text for Muslims. We Muslims believe that the
Quran is the literal word of God, revealed to Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) through the Angel
Gabriel over a period of 23 years. The Quran consists of 114 chapters or surahs, each of which
has its own theme and message. The Quran is divided into 30 parts, called juz, .The Quran
contains guidance for Muslims on how to live their lives and worship God, and is considered to
be the final and complete revelation from God to humanity.

The Quran was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) in Mecca and Medina between 610 CE
