understanding and engagement, service and outreach. The meaning of nation building is
development of education. The base of nation building is research. Research is developed from
knowledge. Knowledge is the ability to think innovative ideas from human mind. A person who
thinks such innovative ideas plays a very important role in the field of research.
The main aim of research is gaining knowledge so that we can build our nation very well.
We have need to connect research with nation development to build society, polity, and economy
for the removal of poverty, unemployment, inequality, etc. When we build a nation, then we need
a strong financial investment and only research make this investment succeed. As we see our
society is changing day by day and basic needs are also changing, so we need a lot
of applications of science and technology. Without research, we will have no development
in nation.
If we want that our nation is to develop or brighter day by day, then we must work on our
innovative ideas, so that we could build our nation very well with strong economy.
With research, we will take our nation on another top level of success. Research can help
in national problems and we could get solution of problems with the help of research. They also
provide a platform for students to learn about research methods and techniques, which can be
applied in their future careers
I agree with the statement is teaching and research should be well balanced in the context
of a higher education institutions. Research and teaching are two sides of the same coin:
knowledge creation and dissemination. Proficiency in both is needed for the university to fulfill
its mission and obligations to students and to society . Institution of higher education are
expected to create and disseminate knowledge through instruction, extension, outreach,
production, or research. Research is considered as one of the most important activities in higher
education institutions. Research is important because it helps to create new knowledge and
importance existing knowledge. It also helps develop new technologies and products that can
benefit society.
However, teaching is also an important activity in higher education institutions. It is
through teaching that students acquire the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their
chosen fields. Teaching also helps to disseminate knowledge that has been created through
research. Therefore, it is important to balance teaching and research activities in higher education
institutions.
To sum up, balancing teaching and research in the context of higher education institutions

Teaching is one of the most important jobs. People who exercise this work should have
some characteristics that allow them to success in taking student to a high level of education. A
lot of methods are available to schools in order to evaluate their teachers, but I advocate totally
the method that allows students to evaluate their own teachers .
Firstly, the students are the only direct receiver of the work of their teachers. When
teachers give their courses, they address to students. Schools can not evaluate teachers only by
the results of the exams. Students can give more evaluation than just score. They can reveal
about the behavior of their teachers on class and outside. As we know, the work of teachers does
not consist only in giving lessons, but to help students in their studies, to communicate with them
and advice them on the educational subjects.
Secondly, some teachers need to be evaluated by their students to give more efforts. If
the teachers know that they will be evaluated by their students, they will efforrt to make their
students more satisfied of them. They will be more creative in the way they teach and make the
students understand better their lessons. Therefore, the more the students are satisfied of their
teachers, the better the teachers are evaluated.
Another reason for why schools should ask students to evaluate their teachers, is because
schools should care about their students , not about their teachers. It is well known that schools
are for students. If the students do not appreciate their teachers, how can they appreciate their
studies . Teachers who are bad evaluated by their students have the possibility to change the
schools where they work, or change their work. Students who do not appreciate their teachers
have rarely the possibility to change their schools.
Some people think that when teachers are evaluated by their students, they can create a
feel of a fear. I think that the teacher who gives all what they can and deal with their students in
the best way have nothing to worry about. Schools should ask students to evaluate their teachers ,
and integer them in making the decision about their teachers. This approach give more
importance to students and it will shows more positive results in their education.

social progress he or she has. Consequently, many reasons exist to consider PhD in all spheres of
