TAGLINE OF THE BUSINESS: "Crunch into health"
NATURE OF THE BUSINESS: Chicharon made in egg with mixed of
malunggay leaves

B. RESEARCH STUDY ABOUT THE PRODUCT/SERVICE

Chichalogay is a type of food or snack that is rich in vitamins, particularly in


its components, which include flour, cornstarch, pepper, ice, salt, and water in
addition to the major ingredients of eggs and malunggay. The components are
all combined. The egg in this dish contributes to higher levels of high-density
lipoprotein (HDL), or "good" cholesterol. Higher HDL levels are associated with
a decreased risk of heart disease, stroke, and other illnesses. The dish also
benefits nutritionally from the malunggay leaves' distinctive taste and high
vitamin and mineral content.

This dish is loaded with health benefits that promote bodily wellness.
Chichalogay as a snack food that combines egg and malunggay leaves serves

F. STEP-BY-STEP PROCEDURE
This part is the step-by-step procedure in making a Chichalogay.

1. First, mixed the ½ cup of flour, ½ cup of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of


pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt
2. Then, add 1 ½ cup of water and mixed
3. Next, add 2 eggs and malunggay leaves
4. Mixed and add ice
5. Open the stove in medium heat and put oil
6. When the oil is hot, put 1 tbls of mixed batter
7. Then, when the Chichalogay is golden brown, take it out and put it on a
plate.
8. Last, put the cheese and serve it.
