    Rust on washers, cab roof


    NOTE!
    Read and understand the safety instructions in the Operator's
    Manual and Service Information for the machine.
    Recommended product update R0006.

    Cause and action


    It has been discovered that one batch of washers tend to rust due
    to insufficient surface treatment.
    These washers were used for the cab roof on the machines listed
    in attached machine list.
    Its recommended to replace the washers and related flange
    screws with new ones.
    The same part number is used for the new washers.

    Work instruction
    1  Place the machine in service position.

    1 2  Remove the four bolts on the cab roof.

    2 Tightening torque bolts: 48 Nm
    5  Restore the machine.
