    Wristband Collection & Pre-Parties

    Wristbands can be accredited at the VIP Entrance of the festival on the 29th and 30th December

    Once you have your wristband, this is valid for both festival days and all parties taking place at the Pleasant Gardens.

    To enter the pre-parties at Pleasant Gardens on the 28th-30th of December, you can either show your wristband or THIS ticket if you
    have not yet exchange for your wristband.

    Festival Address: Marine Drive, Black Star Square, Accra

    Pleasant Gardens Address: Greater Accra Region, North Dzorwulu, Along the N1 Highway

    What do I need to bring to guarantee entry to the festival?

    Please bring your e- ticket, the card you purchased the ticket with and valid photo identification. You may be refused entry to the festival if
    you fail to produce the relevant documents for entry.

    What happens if I lose my wristband?

    Wristbands will only be issued once. Broken or lost wristbands cannot be replaced so please look after them.

    Please note

    1. In addition to those terms and conditions outlined below, any attendee of the Event agrees to the terms and conditions outlined at

    2. Nobody will be allowed admission to the Event without a valid ticket or pass.

    3. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Please note that duplicate tickets cannot be issued under any circumstances.

    4. Defaced or altered tickets or passes will become void and the holder will be refused admission.

    5. Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. If we have reason to believe that tickets have been re-sold, they will be invalidated, and
    the holder will be refused admission.

    6. The Organiser reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of any part of the Event in circumstances beyond its reasonable
    control without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange tickets.

    7. The Organiser does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event.

    8. Visitors may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast, publication or security purposes whilst at the Event by the
    Organiser and our trusted sponsors and partners.

    9. The relevant Ghanaian law will apply to these Terms and Conditions and the relevant courts of the Ghana will have exclusive
    jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions.
