1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
"Popcorn, please!" is a snack product company that provides the customer with popcorn
of top quality. This company's signature product is the popcorn itself, which is caramel
popcorn with a full coating. Therefore, this is a feature of the product's uniqueness. Due to
the fact that popcorn is well-known by people of all ages, is one of the reasons why popcorn
is a product for sale in this business. I targeted a small number of popcorn fans to purchase
this product, as popcorn enthusiasts are more likely to be interested in popcorn due to their
interest in this product. This company began operations on 9 May 2022 and remained active
for only three weeks, until 29 May 2022. This business has been carried out at area
housing, Jalan Dahlia 1, Tmn Puchong Indah, Puchong, Selangor, on a daily basis. A
customer may acquire popcorn in one of two ways: either directly from the location where it
is sold, or by placing an order. ‘Popcorn, please!’ had offered delivery services to the
customer who had placed an order. Moreover, customers can also obtain information about
the goods from two primary sources: a poster that was hung and a business card that was
distributed. This business had achieved a successful outcome, as all 12 bottles of popcorn
had been sold within three weeks. As a result, the company made a net profit of RM14.65.
'Popcorn, please!' had only received payment in cash, as the majority of customers
preferred to purchase popcorn offline rather than online. Even though this company initially
accepted both cash and internet payments, we choose to execute our transaction offline
because it is the preferred method. This business was also partnered with two companies,
one of which was the largest provider of our product, a premium-quality popcorn with a
complete coating. The second business partner is our supplier in terms of the packaging of
the product. To conclude, this business activity it had given me the opportunity to learn so
many aspects of a business. From determining and defining what types of products or
services to produce, to find a supplier for the product, to doing marketing, and finally selling
the product to a consumer, there are many steps involved in the production process.

3.0PROJECT DESCRIPTION
3.1 Logo
The image above is the company's logo. The name ‘Popcorn, please!’ was used to
convey the product's enthusiastic attitude. This logo also features a yellow background that
represents the popcorn itself, since yellow is commonly associated with popcorn. The logo
also contains multiple elements, the first of which, beginning on the left, is a movie ticket.
This is because when we think about popcorn, a movie is one of the first things that spring
to mind. The icon on the right is also associated with movies; it is a movie projector.
Meanwhile, in the center is a representation of the popcorn itself.
3.2 Product
Since popcorn is one of my favorite snacks of all time, I decided to launch a business
named "Popcorn, please!" I wish to share my favorite food with people who share my taste
as well as with everyone else. Popcorn, please! is a business that exclusively sells popcorn.
Other things might be marketed for this business activity, but popcorn is chosen for the
reasons mentioned.
Primarily, popcorn is a commonly recognized snack. Nearly everyone is aware of the
existence of popcorn. As this product is already well-known, it will not be necessary to
develop a comprehensive marketing strategy. It is also affordable. Popcorn is a food that is
easy to acquire in terms of both resources and money. It does not require a lot of money
and it tastes good. People can enjoy it at a reasonable price.
Customers are those who purchase goods or services from a business. For such a
business to effectively and efficiently market to each group, both the target customers and
customer categories must be considered. Since this business specializes in food, there is no
broad gender specialization because both men and women can enjoy popcorn.
First, 'Popcorn, please!' pays particular attention to popcorn lovers, as doing so will
assist this business and attract the primary target customer. This is because popcorn
consumers are more likely to make repeat purchases. Hence, by targeting a popcorn lover,
this business can get a consumer who loves to get more of the products.
As previously stated regarding this product's reasonable price, I have also targeted
low-income customers. This is especially significant because the price of the product has
already accounted for such types of income. In addition, given this business sells high-quality
popcorn at an inexpensive price, it is only appropriate to include low-income customers in my
intended market.
7
This business begins on May 9, 2022. The duration of the business operation is limited to
three weeks, thus until May 29, 2022. During these three weeks, business is conducted on
weekdays and weekends daily.
3.6 Location
Puchong Indah
First is the place. Place refers to where and how a product can be purchased. This
popcorn can be purchased directly from the location of operation, which is my house which
No14. Additionally, customers can place orders via WhatsApp, and there is a delivery
service for such customers. Secondly, is the price. The pricing for a big container is RM5
while a small container costs RM2.50. This price is determined based on the type of
customer that is targeted, specifically students, for which this price is affordable for them. A
delivery fee is not charged because it is an aspect that differentiates this business from
other businesses that charge delivery fees.

5.0EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
This business opportunity was made with the aim of exposing students to actual business. Through this business opportunity, students can
get knowledge of the entrepreneurial process, from idea to enterprise. This business activity has taught me many things, from determining
which products to offer to be able to sell the entire inventory. It's not simple, and the selling procedure is considerably more difficult than I
anticipated.
First, I learned how to identify products for sale, which is a crucial part because the product we offer to the market must fulfill the needs of
the people. I had a difficult time deciding which items or services to bring to market, but after researching the local market and competition, I
opted for popcorn goods.
Second, I learned the importance of seeking out high-quality products. Once I decided to offer popcorn, I began searching for a supplier
who could provide high-quality popcorn at a reasonable cost. There are indeed numerous suppliers who can provide the product we want, but
it is difficult to locate a supplier who can consistently provide us with a high-quality product. However, after searching for a while, I chose
Tokmad Food Industry as my supplier due to the product's consistently high quality and positive reviews.
Aside from that, I also study how to attract people through marketing. Marketing is crucial in business because it is how customers learn
about us. Consequently, this part of marketing receives the majority of my focus and work. Initially, I merely created a poster, but it did not
receive much attention, so I decided to create and distribute business cards. I spend some time ensuring that the business card is appealing
enough to attract people. This taught me the significance of marketing strategy, since it may also affect our sales. Without a solid marketing
strategy, people will not know our product, therefore there will be no sales.
Lastly, I learned that business requires a great deal of patience from every viewpoint, not just with customers. Initially, business is a bit
slow, but as time passes, an increasing number of customers seek out my products. In addition, I learned the significance of customer service.
Strong customer service can positively affect our business.
In conclusion, I learned a great deal from this assignment. This is a lesson that I am unlikely to learn if I solely engage in theoretical
studies. It educated me and provided me with experience in managing my own business, customer, and product. It also established a sense of
confidence, particularly in terms of interactions with customers and suppliers, when doing this business.

6.0CONCLUSION
In conclusion, "Popcorn, please!" is a popcorn-related enterprise. So, popcorn is the primary menu item and primary product of this
business. Popcorn was picked as the business's product after observing and analysing the people in the market where the business will be
conducted. Thankfully, the product received a lot of interest, since it sold out within the allocated time frame. I had to choose the best
popcorn supplier to deliver top-quality popcorn at an affordable price to customers. There are numerous aspects and tasks that must be
studied and performed for this business activity to operate properly.
After some time, I can conclude that "Popcorn, please!" is generating a profit from its product. It may not be much, but it is a profit
regardless. Personally, it helped me reach my goal, so I think this business activity was a success. The achievement of this product will
enable us to compete with the existing popcorn businesses in the area. Not only that, but based on the fact that we managed to deliver a
high-quality product at a low price, we are certain that a lot of people will purchase it.
As a result, I hoped to continue this business, which has received a positive response from customers and the community. I feel that
'Popcorn, please!' might become one of the products that our customers will continue to purchase \
