Sydney Video Rentals is a small scale business that has been controlling in a big country town for last five years.
The main business of this company is to rent videos to its subscribers and members. The Sydney Video Rentals
have a big bunch of members approx. 5000 and they have stock of 10000 different videos. The owner of the
company is David Lee who is also the managing director of this company and they have a staff of 6 permanent
employees and other 6 employees are counted in a casual staff.

ABOUT THE PROPOSAL

The main purpose of the proposal is to achieve the expected growth of the company and build and increase the
amount of services they provide to customers and change the way they serve the services to their members.

PROPOSAL SUMMARY

Your company will use currently available andnew technology and huge experiences on improving client relations
to facilitate the Sydney Video rental business on track. Say a bit more in details on how the new business proposal
is going to improve their current situations

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

The Sydney video rentals will provide a better after purchase services and will give a better customer service. Will
provide a high performance environment.

To change the new Sydney Video Rental in the town as the leading and most successful video renting business with
