About us

Clarity Bio Systems India Private Limited is a start-up that is developing AI-powered tools to
analyze big bio data. The applications include speedy analysis of results of clinical trials and
other high stakes research related to human health. Our initial focus is on metabolomics
and other omics-data with special emphasis on metabolic disorders. The company is
incubated at SINE, IIT Bombay’s business incubator. The founding members and advisors
bring expertise in the application domain as well as in deep learning techniques. We offer

Internship Position 1: Python Developer for Machine Learning (Full time /


internship)

Roles and Responsibilities


1. Interact with the domain expert and understand the end-user requirements.
2. Write effective, scalable code for the application of AI and ML tools in the analysis of
metabolomics and other big bio data.
3. Effectively use AI and ML libraries of python
4. Test, debug and optimize python code

Desired Candidate Profile


1. B Tech in computer science or a related field.
2. In-depth understanding of the AI and ML concepts.
3. Experience with AI and ML libraries in tensor flow, pytorch, etc.
4. Experience with at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or
Pyramid)
5. Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)
6. Work experience as a Python Developer (0-4 years)

Internship Position 2: Software Developer (Full time / internship)

Roles and Responsibilities


1. Interact with the domain expert and understand the end-user requirements.
2. Write effective, scalable code for the application of algorithms in the analysis of
metabolomics and other big bio data.
3. Effectively use libraries of python
4. Test, debug and optimize python code

Desired Candidate Profile


1. B Tech in computer science or a related field.
2. In-depth understanding of data structure and OOPS.
3. Experience with at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or
Pyramid)
4. Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)
5. Work experience as a Python Developer (0-4 years)

 For full time employees, we offer competitive salary packages. For interns, we offer a
stipend of Rs 20,000 – 50,000/per month, depending on the skill level and the time
you can devote.
 The internship will start immediately. Duration of the internship will be 6 months.
