Introduction
The aim of the Community Action Plan is to help a community prioritize

community needs, set out a list of activities for a community and help Local
and State governments understand what the needs are for communities.
This plan was created using our own opinion and knowledge. This is for
people who are also experiencing this problem. Here you can also see why
it is important to pay attention to these community problems and we have
provided some solutions that we think will help to solve these problems.
Action Plans are useful, because they give you a framework for thinking
about how you'll complete a project efficiently. They help you finish
activities in a sensible order, and they help you ensure that you don't miss
any key steps. Each action step taken shortens the path towards your
desired outcome, lessens your stress levels, makes you more aware about
your capabilities
We made this community action plan because of course the first thing to do
is to help especially those who are most affected by this. doing this requires
broad thinking so that what you can help will be more useful, it also helped
us find out what is happening to those around us now.
II. The Community Action Plan
A. Problem
WATER SCARCITY
It's essential to focus on this problem because the lack of water access affects the
people in our community negatively. How can we bathe, wash, and do the laundry if the
water is scarce? We can't even perform basic hygiene because of the water shortage,
and that's a severe problem for us. A proper water supply is badly needed here because
it's evident that it harms us.
DEFORESTATION
Maybe most of us already know that this is one of the problems that we need to
concentrate on. Numerous trees are being removed here and replaced by large
structures. Focusing on this issue is crucial because we know it is not good if our nature
keeps falling. Instead of breathing fresh air, we are gradually running out of it. The
environment around us is filled with pollution because they continue to do this. It is
dangerous for the earth. That's why we want to start helping our country and the world,
even in small things.
WATER POLLUTION
Water pollution has been a huge and serious problem in the whole world, not just in the
communities. It affects human health and our environment negatively. Chemicals from
factories and toxic waste damages the quality of the water making it dangerous to use.
Because the water is contaminated, many people were unable to use water for drinking,
cleaning, showering, and other activities. Things like oil spills, chemicals, sewage, and
industrial wastes pollute the lake, river, ocean etc. and are so destructive to the
environment. Climate change is getting worse and It’s one of the greatest threats in our
lives.
B. SUGGESTED POLICY/PROGRAM/GRAPHICS

FIXING WATER LINE PROJECT
We will implement a project where every month we have a team to check where our
water passes from NAWASA to our area so that the water continues to reach us and
avoid the problems that cause us to have no water.

GOOD SERVICE POLICY
Whenever there is a problem with our water, I will talk to the company like ours, the
prime water, I will tell them to fix their service, if not I will put a new company that will
provide good service to the households of Dasmarinas. Like mwss or maynilad as a
replacement for prime water. For the sake of the people of Dasmarinas.
DEFORESTATION
EDUCATE OTHERS
By educating the youth, they will become aware that gradually our natural resources are
damaged severely because of deforestation. We will advise them how harmful it is to
the planet that's why it is illegal and forbidden. It is slowly killing the earth, and orienting
the youth would be helpful for us.

REFORESTATION PROGRAM
Planting trees to restore our natural resources would be great for the environment and
people. We can find places where we need to plant trees. Post posters or create articles
regarding deforestation and encourage them to join or support the program. We will
unite because of this, and it will also be helpful to our environment. Protecting our
environment is very important because we're the ones who will benefit from it.

WATER POLLUTION
NO LITTERING POLICY
This law should be tightened or paid attention to because many or most people in our
country have not followed it and this policy will be a big help in our problem. Install
CCTV in every place and assign guards to watch over those who do not follow this law,
fine everyone who does not follow it so that they do not repeat it. Also, distribute posters
for awareness. Put trash cans where many people throw trash, especially in public
places to make sure they throw it in the trash can and not anywhere else. Because of
these we can help the country's water pollution problem and to not worsen the water
pollution.

CLEAN THE CANALS PROJECT
To help lessen the trash in our country or community, The government can implement a
project where they install nets in the canals to help trap the garbage and collect it. We
can also encourage other people in our community to help collect the garbage or if
better, they can recycle it. By doing this, we can help prevent contamination and climate
change
