The LG COMEA is back and set to assist you. This letter concerns the campaign period of the 2 Parties
on May 24, 2023 (Wednesday) Main Campus & May 25, 2023 (Thursday) San Antonio Extension. As a
result, the 2 Parties is going to convene this day for campaigning and encouraging students for their
votes.

Kindly allow the candidates for the campaign as well as the LG COMEA for they will help/assist in the
room to room campaign. Please excused them from your respective classes from 8:00 A.M-11:00 A.M
and 12:00 P.M - 4:00 P.M. All activities, quizzes and such requirements shall still be their accountability
as students. Their names are mentioned below.
