Nationalised Bank ,CAT CARD issued by TSRTC.

The seat(s) booked under this ticket is/are not transferable.
This e-ticket is valid only for the seat number and bus service specified herein.
This e-ticket has to be carried by the passenger during the journey along with an original photo ID Card of the passenger whose name appears above.
Please keep the ticket safely till the end of the journey.

Corporation reserves the rights to change/cancel the service category.
BOOKING/CANCELLATION of tickets can be done before 1 hour of the scheduled start time at origin of the service only.
Partial cancellation is allowed in round-trip tickets provided the same number and type (Adult/child) are cancelled in both UP & DOWN Journeys.
Free travel in Hyderabad city buses(except A/C buses) before 2Hrs. of departure time and after 2Hrs. of arrival time is allowed.

If waiting list ticket is not confirmed, please cancel the ticket within 15 days from the scheduled start time at origin of the service to avail full refund (for the unconfirmed se ats only)
except service fee and reservation fee. Wait listed passengers will not be permitted to perform the journey.
Please note that fares are subject to change without notice. If you have purchased a ticket and subsequently the fares have increased the n you will not be required to pay the
difference.
However, if you decide to prepone/postpone your travel dates, which requires re -issuance of the ticket, the same ticket will be repriced at the applicable fare at the time of making
changes and the difference would have to be paid.

In case of detection of alteration of fare / Ticket No. / Journey details / etc., at the time of journey, in the paper ticket mailed to the passenger email-ID, the registered passenger of e-
ticketing with www.tsrtconline.in is liable for prosecution under court of law.
If service is cancelled by TSRTC for any reason, customer can cancel the ticket within 15 days from the date of journey to ge t full refund, except Service Fee.
Cancellation is not allowed after 15 days from the date of journey.
