    Equipments :

    1. Excavator PC 400/PC 410 Mounted With Vibro Hammer PCF 300 Or Equivalent.
    2. Mobile Crane 25 Tonne Standby (By Client)
    3. Excavator Standby from any hard layer material excavation (By Client)
    4. Steel Plate for excavator vibro as working platform (By Client)

    Working Platform Condition :

    1. Proper firm & flat levelling working platform with minimum 6m width must provide by main
    contractor for these 70MT Excavator Vibro Pile Driver operating.
    2. The working platform must always keep in dry condition.
    3. The distance between the Excavator Vibro Pile Driver and the sheet pile alignment shall not be
    more than 3m.

    Installation :

    1. Setting out of the sheet pile wall alignment shall be prepare by Main Contractor prior to sheet pile
    installation works.

    2. A flat firm proper platform for piling machine shall be prepared by Main Contractor prior to the
    steel sheet pile installation works.

    3. The driving of steel sheet pile and the adjustment of the verticality of the sheet pile shall be check
    & confirm with the present of Main Contractor’s representative.

    4. The installation works will commence after the alignment for verticality are accurately in position
    from the very 1st piece of steel sheet pile installation.

    5. In the event encounter hard layer soil condition (NOT Rock profile) – Pre-augur method with
    additional cost shall be consider.

    6. Driving the sheet pile into the required depth or until refusal and continue with the following piles.

    7. Repeat procedure 5 until all the driving works completed.
