Note:
a. New students enrolled in short semesters (Jan, June, October intakes) are required to pay the short semester fee of RM3,250 for full time and RM1,625 for part-time (applicable to local students only) in addition to the fee stated
b. Tuition fee is charged based on a semester basis with part-time students paying 50% of the tuition fee for the semester registered. The fee quoted is for a minimum duration of the study.
c. If students extend their studies beyond the minimum duration, the new tuition fee will be applied for the subsequent semesters.
d. Tuition fees cover lectures, supervision, seminars, resources and support structures.
e. If students fail any Research Methodology module, RM1,800 will be charged to repeat the module.
f. The first part of the thesis submission fee of RM 500 will be charged when the proposal is submitted for examination. A fee of RM 500 will be charged again for re-submission of proposal if the candidate has failed the proposal
defence and allowed a re-attempt.
g. The second part of the thesis submission fee of RM 2500 will be charged when the thesis is submitted for examination. A fee of RM 2500 will be charged again if the student is required to do a re-submission of thesis for
re-examination.
h. Students are required to pay RM500 for converting from part-time to full-time and vice versa. There will be no charges for the change of status for the first time.
i. Candidates who have not obtained IELTS band 6.0 in all skill areas (listening, speaking, reading & writing) or who are recommended by their school to improve language proficiency are REQUIRED to attend the ‘Language for Research
Communication’ module at a fee of RM600.

Important Notes:
1. The above are approximate figures and serves only as a guideline. Fees per semester may vary and additional fees may be applicable depending on the total credit hours and modules registered (depends on programme).

2. This fee schedule is subjected to an annual review. The University reserves the right to make the necessary changes as deemed fit. While all changes are usually communicated on a best effort basis, the University reserves the right to amend the fee schedule
without prior notice.
3. All fees are payable in advance. Full settlement of first semester fees is required upon enrolment. For subsequent semesters, full settlement of fees must be made on or before the commencement of that semester.

*4. The enrolment fee is strictly non-refundable except in the event student cannot be accepted due to non-fulfilment of minimum entry requirements (this does not include provisional/conditional offer). Students who withdraw on their own accord will be liable to
pay an administrative fee. EMGS Visa Application Fee may vary according to the duration of the programme. Please refer to the appendix .
5. Strictly no cash payment will be allowed for invoice value above RM500, with the exception of enrolment fees. Multiple payment options are available:

6. Tuition fees payable are in Ringgit Malaysia. The estimated exchange rate: USD1.00 = RM4.0. Any shortfall arising from foreign exchange currency transactions to Ringgit Malaysia and bank charges will be borne by the student while any surplus will be reflected as
excess payment.
