 Present Market (consultant skill)
 Good Hold on consultant
 Feed Reader(dice, techfetch, monster, simply hired, Indeed --Job Posting)
 Tell consultant to remove his/her resume posted in various portals
 Tell him that its my job to do that
 Tell consultant that to be proactive while taking calls (vendor or client calls)
 Get Gtalk ID of the consultant
 Take consultants details (Phone, email)
 Take 2 professional references from consultant (with official email address)
 Don't sound like a fresher in front of the consultant
 Good Negotiation skills needed by sales person

size(say 0.5), grip etc same way can be applied, when there is a new job what is
that client looking for in a consultant.
When you bring interview to your consultant (when he/she fails), check for
reasons
1st interview failed (why reason)
2nd interview failed (you should have same reason as 1st---why did he/she fail
different reason)
3rd interview failed (you should have different reason than 2nd reason)
