INTER TANK TRANSFERS PROCEDURE

Class A Probability of fatality, permanent partial disability and/or major loss or damage to
properties.
Class B Probability of lost time Injury and/or significant loss or damage or to properties with
loss of production.
Class C Probability of minor injury and/or minor loss.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Treat all Products handled as HAZARDOUS.

In order to reduce the risk of fire or explosion, there shall be no tank gauging during electrical or hail
storms. If already in hand, gauging should be stopped immediately. All tank openings must be closed
and the operator must leave the tank as quickly as possible.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE

In case of emergency, contact the Terminal Manager on the following numbers: (+267 588 4128 /
+267 75117448) and report the incident immediately.

Scope This procedure is for the Inter Tank Transfers at Jwaneng Mine Terminal.

All information contained in this document is the property of Africent and subsidiaries, only for their internal use.
