MATERIALS
• Yarn: sport or DK. Thicker or thinner yarn yields larger
or smaller product. Alpaca yarn or mohair yarn for the
beard.
• Crochet hook: 2.00 – 2.5mm for DK or sport, or any size
to obtain gauge. Gauge: 8 single crochet and 8 rows yield
a square with 1 inch sides for 2.00mm hook.
• Black safety eyes size 4-5mm
• Black yarn or black embroidery thread for decorating
• Fiberfill
• Yarn needle
• Stitch markers (if you need)
• Pet comb (for the beard)

ABBREVIATION
• MR: magic ring
• Ch: chain
• Slst: slip stitch
• Sc: single crochet
• Inc: increase (2 single crochet in one stitch)
• Dec: decrease (use invisible decrease)
• Hdc: half double crochet
• Hdc-inc: half double crochet increase
(2 half double crochet in one stitch)
• Dc: double crochet
• BLO: back loop only
• FLO: front loop only
• Rnds: rounds

Cut the yarn and weave in the end
BEARD
Cut the white alpaca yarn (mohair yarn) about 10cm long.
Tie a piece of yarn to 12-FLO loops of round 19. Use the pet
comb to comb the beard. Attach the nose in the center of the
beard (round 19)
Use the hot glue to stick the eyes at round 19.
HAT
Start with green yarn. Crochet
carefully to change the color.
Round 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32,
36, 40 are in white.
