APPLICATION FOR A HOTEL SECTOR:
COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Sales projections assume 500 customers per week resulting in weekly sales of just over
s/ 25,000 annually which positions it as one of the best restaurants in the city.
Mission Statement
Our Mission is to provide a unique and relaxing dining experience – similar to dining at
home. We will strive to achieve this goal by: 1) by providing menu items incorporating
quality ingredients at reasonable prices, and 2) we will be mindful of the well being of
our customers and staff– treating each and everyone with dignity and respect – just like
we would at our own home.
Guiding Principles
The restaurant will be wholly owned and operated by Mary Gaete. The restaurant will
serve a variety of classic home-style favorites from pot roast and mashed potatoes to
patty melts and vanilla ice cream.
PROBLEM STATEMENT:
Many of the restaurants manage their workflow and services by paper work and
manually which take time and high budget for management. busy day of people's
schedule and value of time become important day by day so Smart Restaurant handle
the system as booking and ordering by digitally which become save manpower and time
of staff of restaurant.
