Error

Solution 1 : Reboot from within VM

Solution 2 : Reboot via portal


1) Click Here
2) Login with your N# credential
3) Click on Deployments and then Click on VM Link “Dev-Win10……..” and then Click on “VDDP…………”

4) Find & click ‘Reboot’ option under ‘Components’  (you may have to scroll down within the small window
as shown)
Installing Genius
Install following applications from Liberty App Portal http://applications.lmig.com/esd/
Changing Libraries in Genius (UAT Environment)
Log into Genius, on Main Menu press Shift + F4

Type edtlibl and press Enter (as shown)


Type the Library names as shown (starting from ‘Sequence Number’ 10, users might see different Library names
mentioned in the previous email)

Once complete press Enter and F12

Troubleshooting Genius error
How to check Environment
The below 2 screenshots show LIU Produc & DTM these are Production environments, correct environment for
UAT log in is XGUWSYS
Pop-up error on Log in
LIU400 does not exist – LIU400 is not the correct environment, LIUTEST is the correct one. User should follow the
log in process mentioned above

LIUTEST does not exist – This is because the user is not set up for LIUTEST, please raise a request (see “Genius
User ID Request” link below).

LIUTEST has been disabled – This is means user’s account is disabled (can be for multiple reasons), please have
the password reset (see “Genius Password Reset Request” link below).
