TOUR GUIDE SCRIPT

1. Wait for your assigned bus number.


PREPARATION
2. Prepare your bus number, tarpaulin, strap for the tarpaulin, know the name
of your coach captain, name of the teacher assigns in your bus and the plate
number.
3. Assist the parents and the students to their designated bus number.
4. Count the K.A.T.O stands for
K – ids
A – dults
T – eachers
O – thers
WELCOMING Hello everyone! Good morning, are you all excited with our tour? I can’t hear you!
TOURISTS Are you all excited? Ok, well me too! Ok let’s do the head count to know if we are
complete. Ok we are complete and ready to go. But before we begin let me first
welcome you. In behalf of Radical Change Travel and Tours let me welcome you
Wesleyan Academy to your fieldtrip for the year 2023. (clap your hands) I am
Russan but you call me Ate Zan. I am your tour guide for today and with me our
very friendly Coach Captain, Kuya Jerome. Say hi to Kuya Jerome. (hi kuya
Jerome) Great! We will be your companions for the rest of the day. You can always
approach us if you need any help.
PRE-ARRIVAL But before we proceed there are some friendly reminders and safety precautions
ACTIVITIES that I want you to know so our tour will be smooth flowing and hassle free. So
kindly keep in mind my reminders.
AND 1. Synchronize your time with my time so that no one will be left behind, the
REMINDERS time with me is 09:00AM.
2. I have with me my whistle, if you hear me whistle, that means that we are
going to line up in front of me because we are heading to our destination.
3. I have with me a flag that I will wave to locate me easier.
4. Observe a body-body system or familiarize who is next to you or to the
people inside the bus and walk in pair so that no one will get lost.
5. No eating inside the bus without sharing of course.
6. After eating pls. put the trash here in front, because I have a garbage bag
beside me. Maintain cleanliness to make our bus look good until we get
home.
7. Remain seated until we reach our destination, do not stand while the bus is
in motion to avoid accidents. Wait for the bust to stop.
8. Pls. be responsible to all your things inside the bus and to our destination.
School and our company will not be held liable for any damage and loss
item.
9. Pls. don’t entertain vendors inside the bus just to make sure the safety of
everyone.
10. Last say thank you and hug your Mom/Dad for joining you here today, to
give you a chance to learn something extra ordinary and to show that it’s
more fun in the Philippines.
So, we are about to start our very exciting tour. But nothing will be possible without
the presence of Almighty Father to guide us and to make us safe for our tour for
today. May I request anyone who wants to lead a prayer?

OPENING Let’s all bow our head and close our eyes.
PRAYER
Father God, we praise you and thank you for this wonderful opportunity to explore
and learn outside the classroom. Pls. send your holy spirit today to guide and
protect us to our tour, be our guide and our protector on the journey we are about
to take. Watch over us. Protect us from accidents. We pray dear Father that You
will be with us as we enjoy this day. Keep us safe from harm and bring us back to
our loved ones and families safe and sound at the end of the day. Lord, support us
