for promotion of healthy living and preventing of diseases. Many national and organization
have published dietary guidelines and often used to investigate the association between
nutrient intake with specific diseases .The Korean food guidance system was introduce in
2010 by the Korean nutrition society (KNS).Its basic concept is planning a meal to satisfy
the national recommendation of major group and serving . (PM, APRIL1 2006)Nutritional
recommendation in food guidance system are based on the dietary reference intake for
Koreans (KDRIs)
Furthermore it includes the food balance wheel developed to emphasize exercise which is
excluded in previous tower model .A backward big wheel consist of six major food group
to represent the serving of each food group and front a small wheel contains a glass of
water .The six food major group are named as meats and vegetables and fruits are called as
milks and sugars and fats are called as oils .This symbol outlines the importance of a
balanced diet and sufficient water intake for improvement of individuals health status
good weight and reduce the risk of chronic diseases. The plate designs gives guidance on
the proportion of different foods to be eaten. Qatar dietary guidelines focus on the quality
of food choices with some guidance on quantity. Making this diversity of high quality food
order to prevent chronic nutrition related disease among the members of the populations.
Venezuela food guide is the food spinning top which is divided into five food groups
which are cereals and tubers at the top followed by vegetables and fruits, animal source and
fat and sugars. The string is a line of water where a family engges in physical activities to
keep the body fit and the string of water represent a river where an indigenous person
paddles down in a kayak and other hunts. (BOLIVA, 1991) .Water is essential for life and
at the bottom of the pyramid (starch food, fruits and vegetables) represent the largest
eaten in moderation nondaily basis. On the highest level of the pyramid are products high
