    all the airlines and GDS and they may change or fluctuate at any
    stage of the bookings.
    Cancellation :Once you cancel your booking on SSBT and didn’t
    get SMS and Email acknowledgement from Balmer Lawrie SBT
    System, which means your booking has not been cancelled. Kindly

    to travelhelpdesk@balmerlawrie.com /
    sbt.helpdesk@balmerlawrie.com OR your key account Manager.
    Auto cancellation has been updated for most of the Airlines, Air
    India, Vistara Refund may take minimum 3-7 days based on
    airlines process.
    Payment Gateway :If your payment is deducted on your Card or
    Net Banking and your flight booking is not done due to banking and
    payment gateway network issues then your amount will be auto-
    reverse in 72 hours. You can also speak to our helpdesk team at
    0124-4603500 / 0124-6282500 and regularise your booking.
    Failure Bookings Note : Booking failures my happen due to
    multiple reasons including fare change, class of inventory sold out
    or network issues by the airlines or application. If the booking
    confirmation of the ticket didn't receive to the Balmer Lawrie
    application from the airlines due to network or any other issues by
    payment gateway/Bank/Airlines and prices gets increased then
    balmer lawrie reserves the right to refund the bookings amount
    automatically OR Users can pay the difference of amount to
    balmer lawrie to get the booking confirmation.

    In case of non-respond unresolved queries within 72 hours– you

    Please reconfirm the flight timing and terminal information 48 Hrs.
    before departure directly from Airlines.
    If you carry only hand Baggage then you can proceed with Web-
    check in (Airlines website) 24 Hrs. before departure.
    Please carry your photo ID as proof at time of check-in. If the
    traveler is not same as the person who booked online, please carry
    a valid authorization document.
    Fare Rules & Fare Policy: For Fare Rules will be visible while
    booking and it is based on airlines discretion, for more details you
    can contact our helpdesk or Key Account Manager.
    Corporate Fare - Free Seat, Free Meal and Free Baggage is
    available for corporate fare, till airlines allows it to book, availability
    may vary as per airlines occupancy
    Retails Fare - Retail Fare comes with paid additional seat, meal
    and baggage, if your organization permits then only it will be
    available on your search and book screen of SBT.
    Direct Airlines Cancellation If you have cancelled directly with
    Airlines, it is mandatory to inform our dedicated Implants and call
    center in writing for claiming refund copying marking to
    sbt.support@balmerlawrie.com .Such cases takes minimum 15
    days’ time to get the reply from Airlines.
    Booking Failure – Booking prices are coming on a real-time basis
