About INCEFI
Quality education is one of the main goals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
announced by UNESCO. Education is an important factor for the development of a country. In the
face of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR4.0), development, application and training are
essential in the education system and daily life. It is also one of the core pillars of the government's
particular focus in its effort to achieve high-income developed country status by 2050.
Based on the above scenarios, such programs can be highly relevant, meaningful and
timely. Therefore, there is international program called International Education and Future
Innovation Conference INCEFI 2023.
This digital or virtual conference is expected to bring together action research papers,
research studies and innovations from all educational institutions including schools and
universities abroad. The program is a platform for sharing best practices, research, and innovation
from teachers, academics, and students.
Mission of INCEFI
 To cultivate a culture of publishing in the field of education and other fields among educators,
students, professionals, and the general public.
 To provides an authoritative platform for best practice, action research and research findings
for educators, students and the general public.
 To discover student talents in areas of research and innovation development as well as STEM.
 To encourage students' academic potential and skills to conduct cutting-edge research.
 To recognition of research and innovative products developed by individuals or groups that
meet established standards.
 To strengthen strategic relationships and networks with domestic and international educational
institutions.

 Abstract (maximum 250 words, 5 keywords with English)
 Presentation video (maximum 6 minutes 30 seconds & 500 MB with English presentation)

 Undergraduate or diploma students
Maximum 5 member excluding advisor(s)
 Secondary students (4th until 12nd grades)
Maximum 5 member including advisor(s)

 Academics correctness (20 points)
 Initiative creativity or originality (20 points)

Submission guidelines
1. Application form  made by registration link. Should made with right information.
2. Abstract  made by registration link. (Include with introduction, objective, methods, result
and conclusion).
Free stage --- selected team will accept notification by e-mail
3. Presentation with video  made on external link. (Include with introduction, objective,
methods, result and conclusion).
Free stage --- all team must make presentation video
4. Judging session  the judges will give score with selection criteria above.
5. Every team will accept an award on awarding day.
Guidelines for participants

 Abstract must be written in English
 Please check correctly your name, institution and advisor name (if any) because it’s written on
e-certificate
 Every team can register more than one project but, please check that every project not have
same leader name

Fee
 Every stage is free.

 Every participant must subscribe Thiga Official YouTube Channel and send the proof (jpg/
png/ pdf) in registration link
 If any participant unsubscribe, they will be disqualified on every stage of competition
