    AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

    I, Rianne P. Roque, 19 years of age, single, and a resident of Zone 3, DAPECOL


    B.E. Dujali, Davao del Norte, after having duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby
    depose and state:
    1. That, I am the complaining witness for Reckless imprudence resulting to
    damage of property, that happened last August 3, 2021, at 6:30 in the evening
    in the criminal case entitled “People of the Philippines versus Philip Delos
    Santos”, Criminal Case No. 832003, Regional Trial Court, Branch No. 23, City
    of Davao.
    2. That, I no longer want to spend more time and money in pursuing this case.
    3. In view of the foregoing, I hereby confess, declare, and manifest my
    ABSOLUTE LACK OF INTEREST and PERMANENT DESISTANCE from
    filing any suit, whether criminal, civil, or administrative, arising out of this
    incident.
    4. I have already settled the matter amicably and I will not anymore pursue any
    legal action against PHILIP DELOS SANTOS.
    5. The foregoing statement have been fully read and translated to me in Bisaya
    dialect, which I understand and that I fully understood their meaning and
    importance.
    6. I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the forgoing statements and for
    whatever legal purpose this may serve.
    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hands this 21 st day of August
    2021 at the City of Davao, Philippines.
