Description: The background check processing involves a series of automation workflows starting from the candidate’s
order processing to generating final background check report. The salesforce application been converted to a standalone
enterprise solution with migration of more than 200 live customers.
Role:
Acted as primary point of contact for stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and partners. Conduct ed regular
meetings, gather feedback, and communicate product updates, timelines, and changes. Managed expectations and en -
sure alignment between stakeholders and the development team.
Developed a comprehensive Product Roadmap that aligned with the allocated development budget, marketing strategy,
release schedule, and other relevant considerations.
Closely worked with business analyst team for drafting Epics and User Stories for maintaining healthy backlog. Agile best
practices for user stories, starting only with Definition of Ready and marking Definition of Done on completion of the sto -
ries.
Collaborated with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Provided input and feedback on wire-
frames, prototypes, and visual designs to ensure a seamless user experience.
Defined release strategies and coordinated with the development team to plan and execute product releases. Ensure
proper testing, quality assurance, and documentation processes are followed.
