Hey Mama!
What an exicitng time it is, packing
your bag in preparation for meeting
your baby - how surreal!
It’s important to pack your bag depending on your
planned mode of birth and your expected length of
stay in hospital (even though things might change!)

This hospital bag list is based on an average 1-3 day

stay in hospital. If you are having your baby in a
private hospital and staying longer you may need
to pack more, and if you are planning a homebirth
or opting for an early discharge you will not need as
much.

Your partner or support person can always go home

and grab some more things if you need them. I
personally found I needed extra clothes, my milk
came in on day 2 and everything was soaked!

Sending love Mama!
