OVERVIEW
PT. AG IRM SERVIS INDONSEIA (AG IRM) as an Inspection, Repair and maintenance Company and MIGAS approved
NDT service provider (SKUP MIGAS  No. 190/SKUP-J/DMB/2022) has been invited by PT. LENTERA LAUT
INDONESIA (PT.LLI) to involved in Lifting Gear Inspection Project.
Which is the project will be conducted at Jack Rig Teras Conquest 6 (TC 6) facilities located at Madura anchorage, East
Java – Indonesia.

SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work and supply should be in the minimum listed below but not limited to:
Provisions of Lifting Gear Inspection (LGI) services
a) Technician
- Qualified LEEA certification part1 and part 2
1 (one) person
- Qualified ASNT MT/PT Level II

b) Equipment
- Permanent yoke 1 set
- MPI White contrast chemical 12 can
- MPI Black ink Chemical 12 can
- Measurement tools as on for LGI task 1 lot

DURATIONS OF WORK
Maximum 7 days finish

MEAL AND ACCOMMODATIONS


All AG IRM Technician will be accommodated at TC 6 Facility / POB
Or In case of required to be daily offboard, and will daily visit, Then the hotel transit will be responsibility of TC6 to
provide

AG IRM Quoted for this lumpsum job in IDR 25,000,000

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
a) Suitable electrical power and clean fresh water all work sites of our facility
b) Free, unrestricted and no obstacles exist at work sites, client also to provide assistance whether any conditions
will render workable passage of personnel or equipment impossible.
c) Whenever required provision of staging, scaffolding, ladders, cranes, lighting and removal of all debris and water
from work areas, inside pipes and other as necessary.

TERMS & CONDITIONS


Working hours, Rates and Payments
a) Term of Payment 30 days after receives of invoice
b) Validity of this Quotation is 30 days
c) One day of the AG IRM Team working time is considered as one shift to be maximum 8 hours, inclusive of 1 (one)
hour lunch break.
d) Standby, Partial or full working day caused by weather, Permit Meeting, Safety Induction, etc., caused by client
required, will charges as full working day rate.
e) Any specialized Document required for additional work scopes to be provided by client or charged with additional
new quotation.
f) AG-IRM will work 8 hours per day basis. Full day rate 8 hours is payable in event of shorter working day (less than
8 hours) enforced or requested by client.
g) Overtime will be calculated after 8 Hour AG IRM Working hours.
h) Any invoicing and payment agreement must be established prior to mobilization.
i) All cost / figures mentioned in this quotation are ‘net’ figures payable by the Client. Any governmental taxes,
withholding taxes, levies, duties, payments etc. are for the responsibility of the Client and payable by them.
j) All figures in this quotation are based on Indonesia RUPIAH (IDR) and payable by Client accordingly.
k) Purchase Order must be supplied to PT. AG IRM SERVIS INDONESIA minimum 2 days before commencement of
the project.
