    This Deed of Donation made and executed by Lamac Foundation Inc. herein represented
    by its President and Chief Finance Officer, Maria Elena C. Limocon with office address at Lamac,
    Pinamungajan, Cebu, thereafter called the DONOR.

    Busay Elementary School, herein represented by the School Head, Mrs. Diadema V.
    Ondaymoso, with office address at Busay, Pinamungajan, Cebu,hereafter called DONEE.

    That for and in consideration of a desire to contribute a share for the cause of the
    education of Filipino learners through the Adopt-A-School Program of the Department of
    Education, the DONOR, its successors and assigns free and clear of any and all liens and
    encumbrances whatsoever all its rights interest and title on various items.
