and hope. Before you begin, make sure you are in a quiet and comfortable place, free from
interruptions, so you can enjoy and focus during our time together. This experience includes guided
imagery and concentration, which can lead to a deep level of peace and relaxation. Please do not listen
to this recording while driving or operating heavy machinery. Also, you can skip this introduction in the
future once you are familiar with the process. Simply skip to the next track of the recording. Now let’s
begin…

Pre Talk

Ever look up into the vast expanse of space and feel small in comparison to the great beyond? There is
so much more to life than simply survival and existence. All to often we are completely consumed with
our own reality that we lose sight of our goals and dreams, even the simple pleasures of life. It is so easy
to be distracted and lose focus on our true priorities. Together we will take a journey to rediscover the
foundational elements of what makes you, you… We will take a journey through the stars, and
experience the freedom of weightlessness and the beauties of the unknown…

Welcome to your Mission Through the Stars where your subconscious mind is preparing you for an
inspiring journey across the stars in the safe, creative, and ever growing and changing rocket of your
mind and imagination…. If you have ever looked to the heavens and felt small, gazed at the night sky
and pondered, or questioned your individual space and existence within, you are about to embark on an
adventure and discover for yourself, the true greatness and beauty of the universe.

Take in a nice deep breath… exhale slowly… and relax… Now take in a second even deeper breath, take
in all the air your lungs can hold…….. exhale slowly….. and relax. If they aren’t already, allow your eyes
to close and rest, so you can see and experience the vast array of colors you will discover. Imagine
before you a colorful spaceship. Picture each detail……………….

Now, feel your entire body relaxing and releasing any tensions from the drain of the day, from your
body… As your body relaxes, so does your mind. You can even find yourself approaching the spaceship,
full of peace and comfort. As the doors slide smoothly open, you see a white fog billowing from the
door, you are drawn to enter, any resistance is immediately relaxed and lost within the fog… In the
center of the spaceship there is a large reclining chair, it is the most comfortable chair, effortlessly you
move toward it. You lower yourself into the chair and safety devices that are attached to the chair
quickly fasten themselves to your body, immediately you feel safe and secure. This is the most
comfortable chair you have ever experienced. With every breath in and out… you can feel yourself
sinking deeper into the soft, warm, and secure recliner.

As you begin to look around you observe there is everything you will need, all your physical, emotional,
and spiritual needs have been prepared for. As you look above your head you see a giant window. The
window intensifies and magnifies the view, and your eyes are drawn to behold the images.
As the countdown to lift off begins you are able relax further and further, deeper and deeper down with
every number… 10…9…8… 7… 6… 5… 4… 3… 2… 1… As the spaceship begins its climb into orbit, you
witness the float away as you make your climb into space. Imagine the image as the continents and
oceans begin to shrink and quickly fade from view. Watch through the window as the sky turns from
crystal blue to a velvety black as the last of the light from Earth fades away, you again look through the
window revealing a breath taking, endless opportunity of sparkling stars dancing in the distance. Take a
deep relaxing breath and take in the spectacular view, soak in the peace, tranquility, and the freedom
that lays before you….

Imagine now as your spaceship continues to soar through space, relaxing deeper and deeper, as the
extraordinary view of the Milky Way fades and new and even larger galaxies and nebulae come to view.
The colors are vibrant, the shapes are things of imagination, continue to feel the flow of relaxation and
the view as countless stars and galaxies soar past. An illusion of explosions appears in the distance
creating a wave of cosmic dust, as your fly through or past each one you feel every block, every barrier,
every doubt, absorbed into the clouds of dust. Feel the freedom as everything negative in your life is
pulled into the vacuum of space, leaving only love and comfort.

Imagine now as you reach down and release the safety device holding you to your chair. Feel the
weightlessness first pull your arms, then gently, peacefully frees your entire body from the chair. Free
of the restraints you can float anywhere around the spaceship simply by directing your thoughts.
Reassuring and strengthening the power of genuine, honest, and pure thought.

Enjoy a few moments in the freedom of weightlessness, free of burdens and doubts, explore the
spaceship and enjoy spectacular view of space, continually relaxing and sinking deeper and deeper……

Good…

Now that you are at your perfect state of relaxation, your subconscious is open and ready to receive any
suggestions that are for your benefit.

Float over to the control panel and take control of the spacecraft… Steer in whichever direction your
heart tells you, there is no wrong choice… Ahead you see a bright red planet. As you approach you feel
the glowing red energy emanating from deep inside the planet… Notice how strong… how grounded the
red energy feels. Enjoy the security and strength growing deep with your soul…. Once you have
absorbed all the red light and energy you can, continue your journey of exploration deeper into space.

Journeying onward you see another planet. It is a beautiful orange planet. Picture the beauty of the
planet, and steer toward it. As you approach, you are bathed in the powerful energy much like with the
red planet. Feel your strength grow and increase. Physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually… Fly
near the planet until you are completely saturated with the orange energy… Take whatever time you
need… Good… As before, continue your journey in whichever direction you desire.

As you continue going deeper into space and your subconscious, you see bright yellow sun, even at a
distance you feel the warmth. The yellow glow creates joy, and mental clarity. You are excited to
explore the planet. The closer you fly you are filled with more and more clarity. You are filled with
happiness, joy and excitement and a surety to continue your journey, like with the other planets, soak in
all the yellow light and energy fill yourself with absolute joy and confidence before you move
forward……
Look through the window, fast approaching is an emerald, green planet. It is the most stunning color of
green. Instinctually you float closer to the window, drawn to the planet. As you near you are filled with
overwhelming love. Your heart is stimulated, and you are bathed in peace and calm… Imagine your
heart swelling like a balloon, so full of love. A complete awareness of all your senses and your whole
body consumes your thoughts. You feel an extreme sense of gratitude and appreciation for yourself.
You may be inspired to linger, that is okay. Enjoy the warmth, feel the stimulating yet calming rays, all
at the same time. When you have filled your heart to it's fullest, the excitement and curiosity of the
journey will drive you forward. But for now… enjoy…

As you steer your spaceship deeper into space, which by now you are realizing is your subconscious, you
see a dazzling…sparkling blue planet. A powerful sense of freedom washes over you, mentally,
emotionally, even spiritually. You are able to feel and express yourself easier than ever before. The
blue light emanating from the planet washes away any lasting hesitations in your pursuit of what it is
you truly desire. You find the ability to speak YOUR truth… Pay attention to the thoughts, feelings, and
emotions that you experience in the presence of this beautiful planet…..

The ship on it’s own begins a course even deeper into space. A violet planet appears in the window.
Coursing toward it, you are filled with a sense of self-worth, a feeling of royalty and strength… Your
mind is opened to the endless truths of the universe. You are free of any need to rationalize or make
excuses or justifications. You are living an intentional life. Soak in the incredible inner strength, while
near this violet planet. Again, when you are ready continue the course, you are on.

There in the distance you one final, beautiful giant planet. The spaceship is pulled to the magnificent
white light. It is the most brilliant white. The white is so clear, so overwhelmingly charged with energy.
With every breath as you draw closer, you feel every cell deep in your body come alive… Just like a
battery being recharged, you see, and feel everything so clear, so clean, so perfect… As your internal
battery is fully charged you again move your spaceship forward.

As you realize you have reached the end of your journey turn your spaceship around and prepare for the
journey home…. As you make the turn, take one final look through the window. Notice the perfect
alignment of all the colorful planets, creating a spectacular colorful rainbow. Take a moment and revisit
your journey past each colorful planet. Feel the perfect balance, the renewal of strength, the self-worth
and strength you have gained…

Now filled with energy, float back to the chair in the center of the spaceship, wait while the safety
harness is re attached, and prepare for the voyage home. As the stars fly past you are reminded you are
never alone, and stronger and more confident than ever before. Every star is a thought or memory
guiding you on your journey home. As you focus on the stars you are driven ahead at breathtaking
speed.

Now every time you gaze up and look to the stars you will be filled with peace and comfort, reminded of
this inspiring journey. As you breathe in the fresh air, you will be filled with that bright white light, full
of energy.

As the journey ends, you will be able to bring to mind easily the thoughts, emotions and feelings of this
journey.
Feeling returning to your fingers and toes as you release the safety harness. Feeling as though you eyes
and mind have been washed with cool clear water, taking three deep breaths and then eyes open,
refreshed and wide awake…
