Specifications

1 - Base

Base frame structure

The main supporting skids are 140mm x 73mm (10.05kg/mtr) mild steel 'I' beams, welded to form a rigid
rectangular base framework, with cross struts of Transverse members and longitudinal members at
suitable centres. All steel is wire brushed and protected with one coat of epoxy red oxide and one coat
Alkyd based gloss paint.

Floor Joists and Studs

The floor Joists are 0.95mm cold rolled G550 grade, Z275g/m2 high tensile galvanized steel 89mm x
41mm frames with members set at 610mm C/C, set in place in the I-Beam to form one integral frame.

Flooring

18mm Thick Cement Board.

Floor Covering (Dry areas)

The internal floor finish will be 1.5mm thick PVC vinyl sheet with heat welded joints, fixed to the cement
fiber board floor.

Floor Covering (Wet areas)

The internal floor finish will be 1.5mm thick PVC vinyl sheet with heat welded joints, fixed to the cement
fiber board floor. Floor drains are fitted as required.

2 - Wall

Frame Studs

The studs are 0.75mm cold rolled G550 grade, Z275high tensile galvanized steel 89mm x 41mm studs set
at 610mm C/C vertically and 1200mm horizontally.

Wall Lining (Inside)

The internal faces in dry areas are lined with 12.5 mm thick gypsum plasterboard sheeting screwed
directly to the steel studding with all joints lined with pvc joint strips. In wet areas 12.5mm moisture
resistant plasterboard is used.

Finishes
The internal faces in dry rooms are finished with one coat of high opacity vinyl matt emulsion, In wet
rooms the finish is washable eggshell paint. (Ral as per Transco selection)

Insulation - Walls

Wall insulation: 50mm thick rock wool insulation 30kg/m3 density placed between studs.

External walls finish

The external walls will be lined with 6mm thick cement fiber boards to the external face, finished with
one coat water based primer, one coat Hi Build heavy textured waterproof paint based on an acrylic
copolymer resin emulsion. (Ral as per Transco selection)

3 - Roof / Ceiling

Roof Truss

The Truss is 89mm x 41mm G550 grade, Z275 0.75mm thick sections,screwed together to form a truss.
Trusses will have a Pitch of 8°.

Roof Cladding

The roof covering is single skin, Polyester coated, 0.4mm thick profile sheeting, fixed to the roof truss.
Polyester coating for the roof sheet is 25-30microns on the exposed surface and 5-7 microns epoxy on
inner surface.

Ceiling

The ceiling, set at 2.4m, is 12.5mm FR or FR/MR. Gypsum plaster board, Finished with one coat of
primer and one coat of Hi Build soft textured paint based on an acrylic copolymer resin emulsion which
results in a soft rippled texture. (Ral as per Transco selection)

Insulation - roof

Roof/Ceiling insulation: 50mm thick Rockwool insulation 30kg/m3 density placed between trusses or
battens.

4 - Electrical

Distribution Board (Single Phase/Three Phase)

Electrical supply single/three phase 230/400V as per req. panel board with ELCB, incomer & MCB
outgoings. Brand: MEM/ABB or eq. Our components are ADDC compliant. Distribution board has been
designed based on generator incoming power.

Light Fittings (Internal)


Surface mounted 2 x 36 watt twin tube luminare with diffuser

Light Fittings (Internal)

Surface mounted 2 x 18 watt W/P twin tube luminare

Light Fittings (Internal)

100 watt surface mounted humidity proof down light with Die cast Aluminum body

Light Fittings (External)

A waterproof bulkhead light fitting by Krea Italy, with 60w bulb, is located over external door.

Wiring

All wiring is concealed in the walls and ceiling and terminates at a suitably located Main Distribution
consumer panel.

Sockets & Switches

Switch/Sockets as per Transco instruction.

Exhaust fans

A 6" exhaust fan (4 Nos.)

Water Heater

A 50 Litre water heater (2 Nos.)

HVAC:

Two tons (4 Nos.) split AC with all required foundation.

5 - Miscellaneous

Doors Frames & Internal doors

Semi solid core timber flush doors with red Meranti doorframe & 3.6mm thick plywood finished with 2
coats Polyurethane base paint system with door locks.

Doors (External)

External single/Double leaf doors are two hour fire rated steel doors. Ironmongery on each door
includes three butt hinges and a high quality lock and lever latch set.

Windows (External)

(single glazed windows) Sliding


Aluminium white powder coated sliding window with one side fixed and other side sliding with 6mm
thick single glazed panel. Includes flyscreen.(8cm profile) with curtains (color according to Transco
selection)

Skirting

Internal skirting is White PVC.

6- Sanitary Ware

W/C (Western)

RAK Flora W/C with PVC Shataf.

Wash Basin

RAK Liwa Pedestal type wash basin with GROHE Mixer & mirror

overhead.

Shower Tray:

85 x85 cm High quality acrylic shower tray with hot and cold shower mixer GROHE with all required
connections

Kitchen

Single bowl single drain sink with Eurobath mixer, Carrara marble

countertop with Aluminium framed Cupboard underneath.

Plumbing

All cold and hot water supply lines are PPR and sewage lines are PVC pipe.

7- Foundation

50 x 50 X 50 Cm Reinforcement concrete foundation to be fixed under each support of the caravan with
all required hollow block to close the gap between the bottom of caravan and the ground the rate
should include all required plaster works and required concrete steps to each external door.

Note:

In case of supply and installation of 3.6 m (width) x3.0 m (clear height) x 6.0 (length) meter Fire rated
caravans the requirements shall be as per Transco instruction
